I called to get a quote on a pressed wheel bearing for my 2009 Acura TSX. I was told if I bring it in now it would be $412. I dropped the car off with Jose told him I was told this price and left my vehicle. I get a call from Steve telling me that the wheel bearing is going to cost $565 after dropping off and being quoted $412. He also told me that my car had no oil, granted I just did an oil change and that it would be $95 for synthetic oil. Fine, after going through the hassle I took their word for it and said just do it. I paid $655 for everything. I went in picked my car up and immediately on I-95 started gliding and pulling to the right. I almost got into an accident and the safety of my wife, and child was at risk. I immediately called and spoke to Ben, and asked if an alignment was performed after the wheel bearing was changed. He did not know how to answer me, he then started to blame my tires and alignment. I told Ben that my car tires were like that before dropping it off and my alignment was completely fine. He told me bring it in, I took it in and dropped the car off with Steve, he then called me and told me I have some loose parts in the front end the control arm bushing, and ball joint. I went in to pickup my vehicle nothing was done when I brought it in to rectify the issue. My car has no steering issues or alignment issues what so ever before brining it here. I tried being nice doing everything they said, instead find myself with a car I cannot drive that is a safety hazard on the road. My car was not like this prior to bringing it to this shop. Sad part is, I planned on bringing it here for tires, and motor mounts since I live locally on Lantana. You lost my future business and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. By the way your competition Auto Repair Pros around the corner is giving synthetic oil changes for $39.99, and you charged me $95. I should of took my car there instead of your shop putting my baby life on the line. Next time a customer asks for you to rectify something that wasn't like that, just do the alignment. You would of had my future business and made more money. You need better leadership at your shop. The consumer should not have to feel like this or beg to fix their issue, they are paying you for service. Your invoice and receipt says you will fix ensure any repairs have been completed to the consumer satisfaction. You should of just did the alignment which your supposed to do after a wheel bearing repair. You lost my business and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because you caused a safety concern to my child,...

Review for Palm Beach Tire Service

I brought my 2023 Ford Transit 250 (only 30k miles, drives perfect) to this shop just to replace two rear tires. Simple job. They charged more than normal, but I didn’t mind since I’ve used them before. Big mistake.

Right after leaving, the truck was shaking badly and pulling on the highway. I brought it back, and they brushed it off saying they “over-pumped the tires.” Nothing was fixed. My driver told me it was unsafe to drive — still pulling and vibrating. When I called back, Jose (the guy running the place) was extremely rude and disrespectful, asking me “what do you want me to do about it?” That’s not how you treat a customer.

After going back and forth, he offered to just put my old tires back and refund me. At that point, it was obvious they knew they messed up. My other mechanic told me over-inflating like that can damage the tires and affect alignment. When my driver mentioned this, Jose got angry and told him he didn’t know what he was talking about. Completely unprofessional.

To make it worse, when they finally reinstalled the old tires, the tire sensor wasn’t even working. Another headache. Once the old tires were back on, the truck drove perfectly smooth again — proving the new tires were either damaged or installed wrong.

This whole experience was a nightmare: bad workmanship, no accountability, rude attitude, and a total waste of time for my business. If they can’t handle something as basic as replacing two tires, imagine trusting them with anything more serious.

This NEW post is regarding the past 48 hours, ,once again I find myself in a position of desperate need of help .for my van, very upset. I actually spent the night waiting for them to arrive in the morning not a small thing, but it was so important for me to have Palm Beach tire be the individuals to attend to my issues. I trust them implicitly as I said to Steve, I was shaking like a storm and seeing him at 6:30 in the morning, it was like the calm easing the storm. They did not disappoint, and as always were kind, polite, and efficient, Carlos Who I had Only seen In the past became more important in my life as he was so kind as to drive me home as I had not eaten in 24 hours due to this situation . Soupon completion of the job he drove my car back to me allow me to bring him back to Hypoluxo Road Approximately a 15 minute drive I became extremely ill due to the stress I’ve been under recently. He was so patient & understanding and helpful. What more could anyone want or ask for ,any human being much less a business! To respond in such a caring manner in today’s world it is almost unheard of Bless them all!! I only wish they were always close by...
