I absolutely love Michele’s for so many reasons. They are a great business to work with because they are unique in several ways. The staff is extremely good at what they do. They get to know the clients by name. They all know our name when we walk in. First and last name. They are in house with their jewels too. Meaning you need your ring sized they do not ship it out like Kay’s. You need something fixed it is done in their shop. They make custom jewelry in their shop too. They have several one of kind pieces which is my favorite. My dad recently bought my mother a one of kind ring from Michele’s. They also carry rare extremely hard to get stones. Which is another favorite thing to me because i love to be different from everyone else. I always say what is the point of spending thousands and thousands on something for it to look like a normal common piece of jewelry or car? I want my investment to be unique. If you want a business to work with that has awesome, caring, personal, professional, fun, honest, respectful, staff; plus unique pieces; can do things without having to ship it out too. Then I grantee this is the place for you to do that with. I hope they bring you same joy and happiness they bring our family. My family has done business with them for three generations now. They also...
Read moreI had a ring resized. It came back with a scuff on the outside of the band as well a couple minor scratches, and there was a scorch mark inside the band along with a big scratch. Not super noticeable, but when I got home and looked more closely at the ring I saw it (and no, I did not damage it en route). I didn’t say anything because the damage to the outside was minor and most people wouldn’t notice it, but it was there and I was very disappointed. I also didn’t want to put it through another polish/replating because it already felt a bit lighter than when I had brought it in.
The only reason I’m leaving more than one star is because staff were nice… well, appeared to be, anyway. And the place was very clean.
Just want Michele & Company and potential customers to know, so maybe you’ll take a bit more care with other peoples’ jewelry. I had planned on bringing some other rings for repair/resize but I will no longer be doing so. It may not seem like a “big deal”, but I don’t appreciate that I paid over $150 and received my ring in slightly worse condition that when I had brought it in (it was brand new at the time). Please do better and show some care toward the jewelry that people worked...
Read moreThis was my first experience with Michele’s, as my wedding ring wasn’t originally purchased there. I’ve dealt with ongoing issues—rhodium plating that wore away quickly and a center diamond that never sat quite right. I had taken it to another jeweler several times without much success. A colleague recommended Michelle’s, and I’m so thankful they did.
From the moment I walked in, Gina was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I dropped my ring off on Thursday, March 20th, and was told it would take about two weeks. To my surprise, they called just a few days later—on Monday the 24th—to let me know it was ready.
When I picked it up, I was honestly brought to tears. My wedding ring hasn’t looked this beautiful in so long. It truly felt like I was seeing it for the first time all over again. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the repair cost was more affordable than anywhere else I’ve been.
I’m beyond grateful to Gina and the entire team at Michelle’s. Thank you for treating something so special to me with such care. You’ve absolutely earned a lifelong customer!
Ps: I wanted to attach a photo, but it is so shiny that my phone camera won’t...
