We had planned a bday party for my daughter at the Lakemead location, however masive power outage had other plans. The staff called me as soon as it happened, to notify us of the issue, and they were so flexible on what our options were. Ultimately, I ended up just moving the party to my house, but the professionalism and honest care the staff took to try n make the party happen was outstanding. Yhey called as soon as the power was baxk on to offer the opportunity to still go, and were in communication the whole time. The circumstances were out if their control completely, but they went over n above to make my daughters bday party special. So the following tues, her actual bday, we went in and she had the time of her life, she got the giant Pikachu she so dearly wanted, and Carolina made sure she won as many as stuffies as she wanted she even gave us a few extra tokens for the inconvenience of the whole thing. Super impressive customer service, my daughter wants to have her 7th bday party now with Pick me claw, and after the great experience we had we most definitely will be!...
Read moreCarolina was so sweet and helpful with all of the customers! While the space is small, the prizes are great and the machines are only 1 token each. $5 for 5 tokens or $10 for 11, etc. When I tried on 1 machine for most of our tokens, she gave me an extra and it must have been magic because suddenly I won! She even let us trade 1 of our larger wins for an item that was technically 2 items to trade in for, just because of how excited we were for the item. Then she put us onto these adorable little light-up "smiski's" online, very cool vibes. The whole experience was a great blast from the past, claw machine places used to be like this. It's definitely a hidden gem. 10/10 would recommend for anyone with kids and it's a fun little quick date idea. There are several food places within walking distance also. I could definitely see us...
Read moreHad a less than awesome experience here. The guy working the counter wasn’t too excited we were there, and they way he explained the switching out of prizes was wrong, so we got super confused. It seems that the standard in these arcades is do offer a swap out of prizes. For example, if the machine is filled with apples and oranges, you win an apple but want an oranges, then an attendant will swap it out for the orange. But not here. If you want to swap, the worker puts the one you really wanted in an “easier” spot and then you have to use another token to get that prize.
Also, don’t clip your nails at the counter while you have customers.
The place was clear and had some cool neon lighting, but was small and kinda hidden in the shopping center. There are lots of better options for claw machine arcades...
