Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location! I have never felt inclined to write a negative review, however, Maria and Priscilla who claimed to be managers at the store we’re completely unwilling to service a customer outside their doors when requesting to purchase a gift card. They demanded that I put a mask on for 30 seconds to come inside to purchase the card. I refused to wear a mask, as I have personal/medical reasoning behind wearing a mask. It does not have to be disclosed why one cannot wear a mask, discrimination for not wearing a mask does not validate the scene and refusal for service. There were 5 workers all standing there, not helping other customers and not one was willing to help. I have purchased at the door recently due to the respect that they ask to have mask usage in their store and tangible gift cards are not part of an online order and must be purchased in the store. A corporate complaint was also followed up with the incident. Discrimination is not tolerated and I surely hope Sephora holds higher standards than what their employees...

Lots of people working and no one offered to help. Everytime I saw an employee they would run off and act like they were doing something else or just walk around. It's like they avoided participating in customer service like they plague. I had a couple questions about foundation and concealer and they Recommended a color that just by looking at it I could tell It was at least six shades too dark. They didn’t even offer to swatch or anything. It just felt so weird.
