Horrible Customer service. On 10/26, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer, one if I was to buy a warranty and the second if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be $325 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they honored the price of $300. When I brought the trailer home the dryer service, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. When I went to pay they stated that it will be 3:25 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they did reduce the price to 300.
When I brought brought it home the dryer would turn on and heat up but will not spin, we contacted customer service who sent out a technician 11/1 stating that would be the easiest day available. They stated that the technician will call the day prior to schedule a time however they did not call the day before, instead they called same day stating that they will be there between 9 and 1:00 p.m. (nice window). At least guy showed around 10 ish, he stated that the belt was on the drum however was not connected to the motor. He stated he fixed it however as soon as you put a load of laundry in the dryer and made a horrible crashing sound, as if the drum was hitting the sides of the dryer. We called customer service back, who stated that the technician will attempt to come out the same day to try to fix it however he did not show up later that day. Again we called customer service they said the next available day will be November 3rd, again they stated that someone will call the day prior to set up an appointment. Again of course nobody called and nobody showed up to our house to try to fix the dryer. We ended up returning it that Saturday and purchase a brand new dryer from Lowe's which had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED THEIR 110 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY and delivered AND installed the new dryer free of charge.
On November 7th we received a voicemail stating that the technician will be out to fix the returned dryer. I called multiple times to try to inform them that we no longer have the dryer however nobody seemed to listen or care about the concern. I asked to speak to multiple managers however apparently nobody was available and I was told that somebody would call me back but nobody ever did.
I will never deal with BrandsMart again, they have horrible customer service and does not stand by their product.

While Kumar is a wonderful sales rep and made my purchase very simple my experience has done nothing but go downhill since. I purchased a new set of appliances, the delivery was split into two different orders. The first delivery arrived and was dropped off. My washer and dryer which were to be installed on the second floor were left on the first floor with the driver saying I needed my shut off valves changed as they could not risk breaking off the old ones and damaging the pipes (no explanation why they had to be left on the first floor). He also stated they would come back once the valves were changed no problem at no charge. The second delivery arrived and hooked up the fridge and left. After leaving, I realized they had scrapped the side of the fridge and damaged my door frame. After having the valves changed and contacting the store, the manager wanted to charge again to complete the installation and stated he needed to come out to assess the damage even though I offered to show him pictures of the stated damages. I was told to call the corporate customer service line which directed me to the store at least 5 times even though being explicitly told I did not want to be transferred to the store but to a corporate delivery manager. When I was finally given the corporate number I was informed even though I was told by the driver there would be no charge, that I would still have to be charged to send someone else out to leave the washer and dryer on the second floor. I am livid with the lack of integrity and nickel and dime tactics of this South Florida institution and would implore those shopping for appliances to look elsewhere.

Read moreMy landlord purchase a washer and dryer less than a year ago (05/02/2017 TO BE EXACT)and within the first 15 days of use it stop completing the cycles, we call in and ask to get it replace and instead they transfer our call to service. A technician came and said he need it to order some parts to fix the machines ( the "parts" were the tip of some cables that hold them together), he made a second appointment and came to replace the "parts", he promise that would fix the problem, I also explained that the machine made a big noise when the load is big and he promise that would fix everything.( DID NOT FIX THE NOISE) I felt very unhappy because this was suppose to be a new machine that would not give any problems and so I call Brandsmart and ask to get it replace and because while I waited for the technician a month had already passed, they refuse to change it, We spoke to GE and also they refuse to change it. A month or so later the machine broke again and was not completing the cycles, Brandsmart schedule another service, this time another technician came and He was prepare and fix the tip of the cables again! the same tips the previous technician had supposedly fix. Now on November, the washer broke again after like 2-3 months and because I was on a trip I did not schedule the service until January 2018, Brandsmart send the technician that came the first time and he said he would need to order "parts" which are the cable harness, because he would replace the whole cable harness and all the cables. He schedule to come in a week. The washer and dryer have been giving me many problems, every time a technician has to come they give a 5 hour window and is just a complete lost of time.
