Our neighbor advised us going to Davie to look at options before we purchased new from our normal sources, (primarily Costco due to warranty). We expected little desirable stock and poor condition. We worried about pushy sales people. What a pleasant surprise all the way around! Anthony was our sales person, he quietly make his presence known initially, and unlike many other higher ticket retail experiences, he then left us to our devices. When we had an occasional question, he would surface, answer politely, then disappear again, an appliance concierge as it were. We were amazed to find 2 LG appliances we had been shopping for a year- Anthony found us the best, in the best condition. We were looking for 3 items, and they had to match. We found 2 of the 3, and bought the 3rd (a new induction slide in range) from Costco. We were tickled to realize we purchased the fridge with a 3 year warranty, same as Costco, for $1700 that we had been reviewing for $3200 or more! Everything shipped when supposed to, and I had no issues installing on my own. We spent $2200 or so with taxes and delivery - we would have paid about $3700 for these 2 items. Best experience we could have hoped for, the sales manager was very nice and accommodating, as well as the cashier - We purchased April 20, or so, 2020 - in the midst of the pandemic, and it was truly a seamless experience. 2 months later all is operating perfectly as expected, and as good as the brand new range from Costco. Our matching kitchen looks fantastic once again!

A million thanks to Sales Rep. Carmen R., I recommend her to everyone. Honestly, the process with this location was beyond difficult. I placed an order for a whirlpool fridge & stove, with another rep (not named) and left feeling accomplished. I was informed that my estimated delivery time is 2-6 wks (the rep confirmed that is would be within 2wks). Lo and behold, it was more like 3wks and I was later informed the stove I selected was out of stock. Ok, I accept the changes given the pandemic and inventory being low. At the time of delivery for the fridge, the third party company used by Brandsmart, was so unprofessional and disrespectful. They were unable to turn of the water line to the fridge so I quickly called my plumber for assistance, who came within 10mins. But by then the deliver men left and said I would need to schedule another deliver time. At this point, I was over it and wanted a refund. I drove to the store and spoke to the store Manager Ken, who was trying his best to calm the situation but I was furious. Just to make the story short, he eventually referred me to Carmen. Carmen was knowledgeable and willing to make sure I'm content and informed about the products AVAILABLE. If it were not for Carmen this would be a negative review. *** Understand that this is a clearance site, so I recommend it for the pricing and CARMEN!

I hope this reaches the hiring department and Human Resources in Brandsmart because they need to seriously review their delivery personnel or train them how to interact with customers better. I had a fridge and stove delivered to my house in a gated community. The issue I had with the driver was me attempting to let him in through the gate. I’m spelling my last name and he repeated the wrong letters back to me. I had to spell out my name 12 times, and yes I’m serious, my daughter kept count. I even went as far as to spell name like this: “S for Son,” or “J for Jelly.” I did this for every letter and he still could not find my on pin pad with all the names listed. He proceeded to yell over the phone about how inconvenient this was to him and if he’s not let in he’s going to leave. Then upon delivery he installs my appliances roughly, leaving the plastic film and other bits of garbage on the appliances, along with some dirty disgusting residue on the front of my fridge. I’ve bought from here before for years, recommending it to friends and family, but after this experience I’m not going to anymore.

Horrible Customer service. On 10/26, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer, one if I was to buy a warranty and the second if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be $325 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they honored the price of $300. When I brought the trailer home the dryer service, I first spoke to a sales agent named Daisy. She gave me two prices for a dryer one if I was to buy a warranty II if I decide not to buy the extended warranty. I decided not to buy the extended warranty and go with the price she quoted at $300. When I went to pay they stated that it will be 3:25 and they wouldn't go any lower. After speaking to a manager they did reduce the price to 300.

When I brought brought it home the dryer would turn on and heat up but will not spin, we contacted customer service who sent out a technician 11/1 stating that would be the easiest day available. They stated that the technician will call the day prior to schedule a time however they did not call the day before, instead they called same day stating that they will be there between 9 and 1:00 p.m. (nice window). At least guy showed around 10 ish, he stated that the belt was on the drum however was not connected to the motor. He stated he fixed it however as soon as you put a load of laundry in the dryer and made a horrible crashing sound, as if the drum was hitting the sides of the dryer. We called customer service back, who stated that the technician will attempt to come out the same day to try to fix it however he did not show up later that day. Again we called customer service they said the next available day will be November 3rd, again they stated that someone will call the day prior to set up an appointment. Again of course nobody called and nobody showed up to our house to try to fix the dryer. We ended up returning it that Saturday and purchase a brand new dryer from Lowe's which had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED THEIR 110 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY and delivered AND installed the new dryer free of charge.

On November 7th we received a voicemail stating that the technician will be out to fix the returned dryer. I called multiple times to try to inform them that we no longer have the dryer however nobody seemed to listen or care about the concern. I asked to speak to multiple managers however apparently nobody was available and I was told that somebody would call me back but nobody ever did.

I will never deal with BrandsMart again, they have horrible customer service and does not stand by their product.

I would like to thanks Lowes for being awesome! Their customer service team listened and helped us tremendously. I spoke to "Nick" from the main 800-number and the whole service team at the Davie, FL location was flawless, from being greeted at the door, appliance sales team, check-out process,...

Absolute worst experience, will never set foot in another brandsmart even if I have to pay DOUBLE anywhere else. While Kumar is a wonderful sales rep and made my purchase very simple my experience has done nothing but go downhill since. I purchased a new set of appliances, the delivery was split into two different orders. The first delivery arrived and was dropped off. My washer and dryer which were to be installed on the second floor were left on the first floor with the driver saying I needed my shut off valves changed as they could not risk breaking off the old ones and damaging the pipes (no explanation why they had to be left on the first floor). He also stated they would come back once the valves were changed no problem at no charge. The second delivery arrived and hooked up the fridge and left. After leaving, I realized they had scrapped the side of the fridge and damaged my door frame. After having the valves changed and contacting the store, the manager wanted to charge again to complete the installation and stated he needed to come out to assess the damage even though I offered to show him pictures of the stated damages. I was told to call the corporate customer service line which directed me to the store at least 5 times even though being explicitly told I did not want to be transferred to the store but to a corporate delivery manager. When I was finally given the corporate number I was informed even though I was told by the driver there would be no charge, that I would still have to be charged to send someone else out to leave the washer and dryer on the second floor. I am livid with the lack of integrity and nickel and dime tactics of this South Florida institution and would implore those shopping for appliances to look elsewhere.

Comparable prices are around the corner either at Peter’s appliances and more also on Commercial Blvd with Jose Cruz or down University at the Home Depot in Sunrise...

My landlord purchase a washer and dryer less than a year ago (05/02/2017 TO BE EXACT)and within the first 15 days of use it stop completing the cycles, we call in and ask to get it replace and instead they transfer our call to service. A technician came and said he need it to order some parts to fix the machines ( the "parts" were the tip of some cables that hold them together), he made a second appointment and came to replace the "parts", he promise that would fix the problem, I also explained that the machine made a big noise when the load is big and he promise that would fix everything.( DID NOT FIX THE NOISE) I felt very unhappy because this was suppose to be a new machine that would not give any problems and so I call Brandsmart and ask to get it replace and because while I waited for the technician a month had already passed, they refuse to change it, We spoke to GE and also they refuse to change it. A month or so later the machine broke again and was not completing the cycles, Brandsmart schedule another service, this time another technician came and He was prepare and fix the tip of the cables again! the same tips the previous technician had supposedly fix. Now on November, the washer broke again after like 2-3 months and because I was on a trip I did not schedule the service until January 2018, Brandsmart send the technician that came the first time and he said he would need to order "parts" which are the cable harness, because he would replace the whole cable harness and all the cables. He schedule to come in a week. The washer and dryer have been giving me many problems, every time a technician has to come they give a 5 hour window and is just a complete lost of time. Please do not buy from Brandsmart and or their warranty service because they are horrible to deal with and whatever you save buying here, you will waste in time.
