AMAZING CLEAN ON TIME AND EFFICIENT!! I want to start by saying that I generally am an over researcher when it comes to reviews and product quality with services. I was looking for a jumper rental to service my daughter’s birthday party when I came across Cal Jump. I saw their reviews and looked through their selection before choosing the jumper we wanted. When I called to ask for pricing and availability the lady on the phone was very pleasant, kind, patient and professional. Their method or paying and reserving is very easy so it was genuinely no hassle. We’ve rented bounce houses before from other companies that have claimed to have good reviews but have brought us dirty products and lazy delivery drivers. THIS COMPANY WAS PLEASANTLY SUPERIOR. The delivery driver was very patient in making sure we were satisfied with how the bounce house was put up. We noticed the bounce house was very clean and the delivery man had cleaning products to make sure it was even more clean by wiping it down before leaving. The quality of these bounce houses are clean and better than any other ones we’ve rented from other places. The main office gave us status or delivery times the night before and the morning of. We never had to second guess if the bounce house would come on time. They arrived promptly and picked up the bounce house on time without any hiccups. I cannot say enough good things about Cal Jump! Working with them was an absolute breeze from start to finish. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about their services, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They were able to schedule the delivery and pick-up of the bouncy house at times that worked perfectly for my event, and they were right on time for both.

Levi, the delivery man, was a pleasure to work with. He arrived with a friendly smile and was extremely helpful in determining the best location for setting up the bouncy house. He made sure everything was set up safely and securely, which was a huge relief for me as a first-time customer.

There's really no other reason to use another "bounce house" company in the LA area. A few key highlights from our recent experience: A wide selection of incredible bouncers. The one we ended up with served our neighborhood perfectly - allowing everyone from my 18 month old to the teenagers down the block to have a great time. Competitive pricing. He was able to take measurements of our front yard via Google Earth to recommend the perfect bouncer for our property. The follow up contract and payment was done digitally and very simple. Lastly, the young men who delivered our bouncer were hard working, efficient, and really pleasant to talk to. They even offered to clean up a random ice cream spill in my front yard that had nothing to do with their work! Community investment.
