This place use to be top notch when it came to Kratom. I have used Kratom for almost a decade now. I 110% know he different between Green, Red, and White and then evern further with the breakdown of those. I get the same green year in and year out. I remember spending money on a lb of imperial green(highest grade) and tasting the specific taste of Mang da. I was halfway home(back to Topeka) when I noticed it. I then checked all 4 bags and only had one that had not been mixed. Please please please at least on your highest grade Kratom. Don't mix them. Please! You may not see a difference but the difference is huge and it really bums me out. I have been a customer since you had the cards for discounts. Way back before you threw kratom out the back door and was selling discount due to the government. Please bring that quality back up. It is almost like running out of tea and mixing in another and selling it as the same tea. You use to be soo reliable when it came to quality. I arrived at the store at 5PM with intention to buy a triple kava drink, I saw a sign on the front door that stated the store closes at 5:30, so I walked in to order. The man working (who I’ve had negative interactions with before) proceeded to tell me they weren’t serving anything as he was closing, which I understood. When I asked him about products, he either gave me short, snippy responses, or completely ignored me. Finally, he just told me to leave as he was “busy closing”. I work in the service industry and am used to staying open a little later in order to meet customer needs if they’re reasonable. I’ve came here for the last 6 years as a customer whenever I pass through Lawrence and have told my friends about this place. Went in here yesterday to check out their selection of kratom. First thing I noticed when I walked through the door is that the place smells AMAZING. Seriously, I'd walk in here any time just to smell the smells. On that matter, the atmosphere here is super relaxing - seems like a great place to unwind after a long day of work or school.

I talked to this really chill lady who seemed to know a lot about everything that they offer. We even talked about FDA regulations, and she was extremely informed on that too!

She recommended two strains of kratom at reasonable prices, so I ended up buying them both. I'm not sure what leaves I prefer yet, but they're both very nice; and I will definitely be coming back for more.
