On top of that, their debt collection tactics are aggressive. They start calling at 8 AM and won’t hesitate to show up at your house as late as 8 PM. Be prepared for an unannounced visit.

Sherese and Deborah were such a great help especially since I just moved to the area and needed furniture. They had great customer service and didn't try to sale me a dream like most people. Their manager at the location, (I forgot his name and unfortunately, I have to describe his physical attributes to identify him) a heavy set white male seemed to be very rude to his employees. As Deborah was putting in my information into the system he was talking to her in a very loud tone and used the phrase "You Need" as a directive. He also spoke to me in a harsh tone when discussing delivery times and dates. I would hope this is not the representation that your organization wants. Although my experience with the sales people were amazing, it was slightly overshadowed by the manager. I recommend visiting the store to get feedback from your employees to ensure that no one is in a toxic environment there. I hope this helps with improvement...

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the new manager Tony. He asked what I was looking for and got an associate to help me. Her name is Molly. She is absolutely amazing!! I had spent my morning at another furniture company and the whole interaction left me uneasy. I told Molly about it and helped to calm my nerves by telling me we’d take it one step at a time to get me what I was looking for. I told her that I was looking for a bedroom suit, mattress and a living room suit. She asked what types I was looking for and if there was something I knew I didn’t want. Never once did she try to force an upsell on me. She took the time to actually listen to what I knew I wanted.
