So my husband I were on vacation for our anniversary. JJ was a very charismatic salesman! He made me very comfortable and seemed like we we’re important and a friend! I think he could realistically make a killing selling ice to Eskimos! He told us all of our merchandise as in stock and would be delivered Friday to our house! That was very impressive to me since we lived 3 hours North. He would personally make sure everything would be there. They would pick up our old mattress and take it away. If ANYTHING went wrong, just call him and he would personally make sure things would be taken care of EVEN if he had to hop on a truck and drive to my house himself! So I came home from work Friday afternoon to crawl in my new bed! I drove up to my house to find my old mattress still on the porch. Only one half of my new bed was delivered. No pillow, no mattress for my husband’s side! So I call My new best friend, JJ to ask what was wrong! I figured he would get everything fixed and get the other half of the bed delivered and get our old mattress removed. But guess what?!JJ kept diverting to his manager. His manager made a lot of promises too! So as it sits now… I might get a pillow sent via mail. I am supposed to get the other mattress on Friday NEXT week AND the mattress is STILL on my porch!
So, my advice is… don’t go out and buy an expensive bed from Mathis Brother’s Sleep Center in Lawton, OK! And if you see JJ, run! He likes to make promises & has NO intentions on seeing...

When we checked later we were told only one piece was in stock and the rest would be available on 26 April 2021. Received email delivery time would now be 4:30-6:30. Still no problem. Received text delivery time would now be 4-6. We're still ok. Received phone call delivery would be 3:45-4:30.
