Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Lawton

Tonight I ordered 60 wings, nothing new. As my family and I are constantly eating this place. I mean we eat here at least 3 times a week. I usually get take out And it’s almost always good! I do ALWAYS get ripped off on my ranch’s. Like I have been shorted on ranch Every time I order, usually by about 4/5 cups. Well, tonight was no different, shorted on ranch again. But this time the ranch cups I did get were all busted open in the bag! Ranch was everywhere! So basically I was shorted 5 cups of ranch and then the ones they did give me where spilled all in the bag. So, we wasn’t able to use any of them. Not cool bww. On top of that, the wings sucked. They we’re all soggy and dry. Hardly any sauce on them.! As much as I spend you would think they would do a better job. This nights dinner was not a good decision.... Stop shorting us of our ranch cups and do not throw them in a bag so it spills all out. I ordered medium sauce and got a spoonful maybe for all 60 wings. Not cool #2. I hope who ever was working this Tuesday night Gets more training. I came back 2 more times, one dine in and food was not what it used to be. Not sure what is going on but my wings tasted like they were yesterday’s wings ! I got take out tonight and it was same. Along with all my ranch cups spilled out all over the bag. It looks like the ranch cups get thrown into the bag.. My wings were dry and soggy if that makes sense ... So I guess I’m going to stay away from here for awhile till hopefully it gets back to what it was. The past two times I have came this last month, I ordered both times cheese curds for appetizer and both times they didn’t bring it out. We got our food then ticket. Not sure why they ask if we want appetizers and not fill the order..

My post above was around 2 months ago. Today 9/5/21, my family and I came in for dinner, we got 3 sweet teas. Which when came they were non sweet. Ok no biggy. Ordered our appetizer and our meals. We were SHORTED 8 wings! How? We ordered 20 boneless and they served us 12….Told the waitress and she brought us out the 8.. There is my 8 year old kid along with us 2 adults and we were given 2 napkins…… Umm ok, I guess we can share one, NO… My husbands drink was empty the entire duration of our meal. It never got refilled! We noticed in our ranch dip there were 2 very short hairs in it, Very disgusting. Poor service again. Say what you want, but, I tip on how good the service is. One thing that should always be filled is a persons drink!! I should not sit through a whole meal with no drink. Especially when you walked by our table and empty drink cup over 6 times. Unacceptable…… Been there done that, I know sometimes days get to you but In no way shape or form do you take it out on your customer. Usually I do not write reviews, but this time I am compelled to express my disgust with the service provided on the evening of January 15, 2017. My family and I have visited many Buffalo Wild Wings over the years and have always enjoyed our experiences. We moved to the area about three months ago and have visited this specific location three times. Our last two visits have been exceptionally terrible. The long wait time to be seated did not make since because the restaurant was not even at 30% of its compacity. After being seated the Server Desmond came to our table about 15 min after we had been seated to take our drink order. This is the second time we have been waiting on by Desmond. It took an additional 10 mins to get our drinks to the table. After we ordered we noticed that our sodas and my draft beer was really flat. We were able to get Desmond’s attention after 15 more min’s so that he could replace our drinks. The two sodas took about 10 mins to be replaced and when he came to the table he stated that if these are still flat just let me know, but he didn’t wait to see he just ran off and didn’t come back for another ten min. Meanwhile our sodas are no better than they were the first time and I still had not received my replacement beer. We finally were able to get the drink issues solved after being seated at the table for approximately an hour. Another concern of mine is the wait time for food. We only ordered wings and fries for the entire table, but it took over an hour for our food to come out. We noticed that other table that showed up well after we did were receiving their food, but we still had not received ours. When we finally received the wings, they were not to the same standard that I have received at other Buffalo Wild Wings. When I asked the server to bring extra napkins, baskets, and wet naps he just cut me off and stated I know, I know, I know. I stated well if you know you should have brought them before our food arrived so were not waiting another 10 min for you to bring our items. Many of the wings were undercooked and the sauce was just poured over the wings and not tossed. I really enjoy this chain restaurant, but I just can’t justify spending any more money here until the service and quality of the food improves...

Update: Changed this from 1 to a 4, the manager had contacted me days after my initial bad review to inform me of better changes. So far I am impressed with the turn around and my dine-ins are becoming more frequent. I only wish the seasonal menu was up-to-date but that may be the same at most B-dub locations.

Only giving this a 1 because 0 seemed unavailable. B-dubs has always been my favorite place to eat especially on Thursdays. I've been to this location about 7 or 8 times and my experience varies from a 1 to a 3 at best out of 5. My first visit had us waiting for about 30 minutes before ever getting my drink, food followed about 10 minutes after. My last visit however is now the reason I will never go back. Waited about 30 minutes to be acknowledged and have a waiter take our order. Drinks didn't show up for about another 30 minutes, from that point on the waiter disappeared again and food didn't arrive for about 45 minutes after, and they weren't fresh at all, at this point I was just so hungry I couldn't experience the B-dubs flavor that I usually come here for. Never got a refill and my mouth was on fire for about 30 more minutes before our waiter came to pass along an offered drink from another table that was being desperately flirtatious, at which point I asked to speak with a manager that took about 15 minutes to show up with a lazy unpleasant attitude. Thankfully we didn't have to pay, but I'd pay twice as much just to get real service, worst experience I've ever had next to burnt cold pizza.

My advice to future customers, order for pick up. If you still want to go eat at this location then at the very least don't go to the bar area unless you're sitting directly at the bar. Anywhere else in that back location and you'll be forgotten about, expect around hourly waits for service...
