When I went in store, I was helped and given a fitting room immediately. All of my concerns about how a bra was meant to fit were addressed and I was helped to find the perfect bra. I purchased one in store and ordered the same bra in a different color. That was a mistake. I was told the brand had a bra in nude, so I paid for it and left the store. I had asked while paying how long it would take to get in and I was told 5-10 business days. A week after going in store, I got a call saying they no longer carry the color I wanted. I decide to choose the color closest to the one I wanted, still from the same brand, because I love the bra I had purchased in store. It has now been over a month since then and I still haven’t received a bra. I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase before, but I am very upset with the ordering process. I wanted to order more bras when I went in store next time, but this has made me think again...

I have been sized for bras several times and had good experiences each time. My experience with Clair de Lune was nothing like my previous experiences at other stores. After 20 or more bras tried on, I found one that fit, but not at all the style I wanted. I was expecting to buy between 4 and 6 bras and spend up to $500, today. The sizing experience not only left me in tears but bleeding. The last bra I tried on was so tight the elastic cut my skin. The woman fitting me was dismissive of my feed back to the point I felt like she had no clue what I was saying. I began expressing my concerns with each bra my merely saying too big or too small to help her. I overheard another woman in another room having a similar experience to me. I've been a hard-to-fit girl since I hit puberty. I'm pretty busty and I never really found a bra that fit until I came into Clair de Lune. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff. I had a lady called Bridget introduce herself and show me into a room. They were spacious and didn't make me feel claustrophobic, and well-lit so I could see how the bras actually felt on me. She asked me what I was wearing - which I thought was a 42 DD - and she asked me to take off my shirt, which I did. She was very professional and brought me a few bras to try on. The first was a bit snug, but after that it was heaven! For the first time since my growth spurt, I didn't have back pain. Not only was she able to find bras that fit, she found some that were absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic service, selection, and staff....
