I was at this location yesterday and as I was checking out I guess the manager on duty is what he was asked me three different times if I'd be interested in signing up for a credit card I told him I was not interested and I had to ask him three times to please just let me pay and leave I was tempted to just leave my items and leave and never come back he's an Asian guy I believe his name is Francis he is a very pushy and does not get it that when a customer says no they mean no he just keeps pushing and pushing and it makes us not want to come back to that store it was not an enjoyable...

Waited in line for 10 minutes, with 1 cash register opened and up to 3 people standing around the cash register helping one customer. The cashier at the register insisted that I couldn't get my money back for my return even though I had my receipt and it was within the return time window. I knew she was wrong. Finally she goes and reads the policy and then apologizes. We all make mistakes but it's really important that they know the policy instead of arguing with a customer.
