The Mint Facial Bar & Med Spa — Attraction in Lehi

Unfortunately I am really disappointed after getting my eyebrows done. I wasn’t given a mirror once I was done to see how they looked, wasn’t asked if I liked them or wanted anything different, and wasn’t given any kind of after care instructions. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror I was shocked. I have been getting my eyebrows laminated for years (at a different place, this was my second time coming here because my regular place was booked) and I just could not believe what I saw. My eyebrows had NO shape to them whatsoever, basically just looked like dye had been rubbed on them and then passed off as done. Disappointing to pay for a service when I could have done them myself at home and had a better outcome.

EDIT: I continue to be shocked at the treatment from this salon. I was told I could get my eyebrows fixed, to which I responded that would be great. I was then left on “read” and ignored for two days. I tried calling in and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, so I texted again and asked for a refund. They continue to act like it is my fault and they didn’t do anything wrong. They said they “weren’t sure” if I wanted to come in based off my response, which makes zero sense to me because I don’t know how “that would be great” can be misinterpreted, but even still it would make sense to me to be asked for clarification if it was unclear. They continue to act like everything is my fault, and have completely ignored me when I have asked for a refund. Leaving me on “read” once again. I walked out of that facial bar not only looking better but feeling better—like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable, consistently checking in with me throughout the process. I can't wait to visit her again, and I will continue to recommend 'The Mint.'

Had a most splendid first med spa experience with co-owner Addie! My goal was to address scarring from previous acne and minor fine lines. Addie attentively listened to my desires and we created an action plan together, that includes micro-needling layered with a chemical peel. She was comfortably with me every step of the way explaining each step, whilst being an absolute delight to chat with!
