Office Furniture Liquidations — Attraction in Leon Valley

Extremely pleased with this place. Ideal for outfitting my new house (which has 2.5 home offices in it) with lightly dinged, inexpensive, attractive, functional furniture. So far I have gotten two big desks, a bookcase, a filing cabinet, two chairs, four lamps, and seven rugs. The showroom is no frills, but the selection is outstanding and you get to test and examine the exact thing you are buying. Everything is a floor model, no mysteries at all. If you are willing to take something with a lot of dings, the price is right...if you want something a little sharper, then you may pay a little more...but you get to decide while totally looking the thing over, and prices are clear. Want to sit in a hundred chairs so you get the exact right fit? There they are! The employees are all super friendly and do not work on commission, so they don't hound you. But when you are ready to get something, they tag it immediately with your name and get it to a safe spot, and they will pull stuff out and let you look all around it and underneath and try the drawers, etc. All completely transparent and easy and honest. Also the delivery experience is superior. For the bigger stuff, I got it delivered using their trucks and employees, and they were outstanding. Took care of my floors while they were here, friendly and professional and got everything exactly where I wanted it (and some of it was pretty challenging). They also have three docks in the back of the store and will load up stuff if you want to haul and install it yourself. Great place! Will keep coming...

The owner mentioned he is very literal, so the misunderstanding in the item purchased was based on my error judgment, not his, because he is the one who puts items on display for sale. The owner stated there had never been a misunderstanding until today. The item I purchased was a $20 item, but the owner's actions to “understand” what led to the misunderstanding is what made me feel attacked. Instead, he got upset with me in front of his staff, blaming me for the misunderstanding. Then sarcastically thanked me as I left. Very unprofessional.

Update: The owner is now lying and, instead of doing the right thing and moving on, has decided to lie under his reviews. LIE!!! NEVER Grabbed my card or rushed your staff (not even sure how you made that up), AND It was YOU barking at your staff about who sold the items. We also NEVER exchanged pictures of the nightstands. I took a picture of the items, AND the drawers I understood belonged to the nightstands. I AM TRYING TO PROVE TO YOU I’M NOT LYING… you belittled me in front of your staff, and YOU made ME show you proof to CONVINCE YOU I was not Lying; that is the only reason you are now mentioning pics.YOU said you told me you only got involved to understand. But you didn't accept ANYTHING I said. Pics were never exchanged between your business, another lie. You are disrespectful; it’s unfortunate. Also, the item perfect nightstand you speak of was being fixed (which is why I was waiting for it to get loaded) - because the leg of the nightstand broke, so I hope whoever you pawn it off...

Office Furniture Liquidations has an amazing selection of new and pre-owned office furniture, and the BEST customer service I've received in a long time. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted and asked if I'd shopped there before. I had not, so I was given instruction of how to determine whether items were new or used, and where various items were located. I was allowed to browse the store at my leisure without being bothered or pressured, but when I had a question the staff was cheerfully helpful. With assistance, I found the perfect desk for my needs, and set up delivery service. Not only were the two delivery men prompt, polite and professional, they took extreme care in navigating my rather large and heavy desk to my second floor. My staircase is not only narrow, it has a 180 degree switchback. It was a struggle for them, no doubt, but they remained professional throughout their struggle. They placed the desk in my office and made the necessary adjustments. I could tell the desk had been cleaned before delivery, which I thought was a very nice touch. I have been back a couple of times since then for various items, and each time I go in I am greeted with the same cheerful assistance as my first visit. Office Furniture Liquidations gets the highest rating I can give! I hope they stay around for...
