Michaelis Mattress — Attraction in Lexington

Michaelis Mattress was the BEST! We came in needing same day delivery and we were greeted by Mike at the Lexington store. He quickly reassured us that same day delivery was easily possible. He then discussed how the store is family owned and customer satisfaction is their top priority. He took his time helping us find the right 2 mattresses for us, with all the parts (bed frames etc.). We didn’t have any bed furniture frames yet and we were unsure we wanted to purchase one rather than just a metal frame. He put our minds to ease quickly ensuring that if the box springs and metal frames were kept in the plastic wrap we would be able to return it if furniture frames were found. Checkout was seamless and he even helped with some local recommendations for other things (restaurants etc.) he truly made us feel like we were family. He also updated us about delivery times that day. Delivery was seamless!! The delivery drivers were so nice and handled everything with the up most care. I visited this store this past weekend and truly enjoyed my experience. Upon entering I was greeted with kindness from Nancy and felt very welcomed, almost as if I was right at home. Nancy was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and respectful to my needs and budget. Nancy was patient and was able to guide me in the right direction for a better sleep. I was able to meet Micheal, the owner, and truly felt like I was apart of the Michealis Mattress family. After shopping at a store that sells mattresses (along with groceries) to find out they had the mattress in stock but no box spring I decided to go to Michaelis Mattress. What a wonderful experience!
