My main reason for sharing my experience with Be Fit Cafe is to hopefully express to the owner a suggestion to ensure customer retention. My feeling is that this share will be as wasted as my time and money was on four recent attempts as patronizing the establishment. What I took away from each of my visits was a feeling that I was a bother. I felt hurried. I felt as if I was a BMV customer in a line up of cars as they are drive through only (one lane). The brightly advertised signage read open. The door was locked. I knocked and waited. The employee inside saw me and did not acknowledge my presence. I knocked again with the same result. I went to the drive through and told the employee that I was picking up my online order and the tone of the employee seemed condescending. You know what, at this moment I am really feeling I’m wasting my time trying to paint a picture for the owner and maybe I should let any future customer who spends time reading reviews just go there and continue the review process for me. I even have the rewards card, which is a huge perk for a frequent customer like myself. I have nothing bad to say about the food! As of recently though, I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Look, I get that a majority of your team are young, high school/college kids who probably don’t necessarily want to be at work after a long day of classes, but as someone who has worked in customer service for 11+ years, your employees need additional training. Tonight, I stopped in for the first time in a couple months and was reminded why I have stirred clear for a while. Read moreI have been coming here for a few years now, and the food has always been good, yet the customer service has greatly declined. Their shakes, pizzas, and wraps are always good and taste great. There used to be a main guy who I would see who was nice enough, but never really gave great customer service. Over the years the workers have became less friendly, as it seems they do not want to interact at all and just want to get you your food and have you go quickly. Last time I went recently, a younger blonde girl was working the window and only said a literal two words “25 dollars”. She had a weird look on her face while handing me my food and just had a blank look. I asked for napkins and she acted very inconvenienced by that, and then quickly shut the window door.
