The problem I have with this location is that they advertise 1/2lb of fries for $3.99. That's a decent price for a half pound of fries. But that's not what they give you. They give you about half that. The first time I ordered, I let them know. I told them their menu and their website say you're supposed to get a half lb. They said well you get a regular order. That's what we do here. So I notified corporate because false advertising isn't cool and I don't want to pay $4 unless I'm actually getting the amount I'm supposed to get. I ordered again the other day, and they're still selling them as a half lb, (according to their menu and website) but only giving about a quarter lb of fries. I weighed the fries in the container and then the empty container. The container weighed about an ounce. A half pound is 8 oz. I got a little over 4 oz not counting the container. Since they've been notified, they haven't corrected, and they're still shorting the customer intentionally, that's fraud. Which is a pretty serious crime actually. It's not right and it's illegal. Update: I'm adding a pic of the price and weight still listed on the website because it's not about me Feeling mislead. If you ordered a half lb of something, it needs to weigh a half lb when you get it. You can't say it weighed a half lb at some point but here's a quarter lb of product for the price of a half lb. You're advertising what it will weigh when you serve it to the customer. I'm sorry if you were confused on how that works.

First we were told the dining room closed an hour before closing, although there were people in dining room who hadn’t even got their food yet so obviously just gotten there . We were there 50 min before closing . We then ours to go . 30 min later for small and personal pan, side chef salad and garlic bread. Everything was tied up she said it’s all there . Got home, ( live less than 4 miles from there )and here’s the issues: the salad was missing completely , the garlic bread was so tough and cold, it was like leather and inedible ( guessing cooked couple hours ago ) , the personal pan had no cheese , not much sauce and dough was undercooked and cold and inedible, the small garden pizza was cold and dried out . We even tried to salvage this by heating it in oven not even that made it edible . It was a total loss and of course they were closed and no one would answer the phone. At this point , I’m going to call management tomorrow and hope they do the right thing . I don’t want it replaced at this point , I want a refund. We used to live flyers but at this point I doubt my family and I will come back. I normally don’t write reviews but this was so horrible I felt it was needed.

Pizza is awesome, they have anchovies which is a major plus for me and my kid. They bring out potato chips when you're seated, something my impatient child greatly appreciated. The service was great, so 5 stars all around. My son says it's his new favorite pizza place, so I guess we'll be back soon.

Normally I love flyers it’s one of my favorite pizza places but this experience was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The waitress we had was very rude, rarely checked on our table, I wasn’t able to get a refill on my drink. Then the waitress along with 2-3 other front desk staff proceeded to yell at one another, curse at one another, lock each other in the kitchen, and slam the doors! And we were the only people in the building and had this bad of service. I would have been more understanding if they were busy but they were far from busy. And then to top it off there was a long hair in our pizza. If you do go here I don’t recommend going after 5 or just get your...
