We’ve been coming here for years, but I think this is our last visit. We had to steal creamers from another table when we couldn’t find a server, which was funny until our server was MIA through most of the meal. Our food came out without requested items and half of us were served 5 minutes before the other half. No drink refills offered, missing items took 10 minutes to arrive so that our food was cold by the time condiments got to the table. No empty dishes were removed during the 90 minutes we were at our table. Then we waited 15 minutes for the check after requesting it. My husband was now running late, so he left with the children. I waited another 25 minutes for our check before it was brought over. 25 minutes by myself at a table full of dirty dishes AFTER waiting 15 with my family. When I asked politely and quietly for a manager, I was told they weren’t available. So, if anyone cares at Scramblers, our table (table 12) and the table to our right had the same difficulties with the same server. I hope they received their check quicker...
Read moreI want to start by saying my husband loved his meal and it was prepared perfectly. My meal was not edible. I ordered the French toast, it had such a small amount of batter in it and it was tough as shoe leather. I tried to eat it but could not. I tried to get the waitresses’ attention but she was too busy in a conversation with a customer that seemed like a friend. I couldn’t hear what they were saying because it was in Spanish. I finally flagged down another server and she got the manager. She had it remade so I finally got my breakfast after my husband was done and they took my fork. So my husband gave me his. The manager commented that the waitress likes to talk. She talked to this man the entire time in a very loud voice. I was very disappointed. If I go back I will make sure we don’t sit in her section. My French toast was much better the second time btw but by that point I was...
Read moreMy family and I had breakfast here 10 days ago on a busy Sunday afternoon. We were sat in a crowded area of the restaurant where the tables felt extremely close. Unfortunately, we were sat right beside an EXTREMELY sick man who was coughing, sneezing and blowing his nose the whole time! This man was visibly and audibly ill beyond anything I've ever seen in public. I asked our server if we could be moved to another table, because I didn't want to spend my breakfast getting coughed on. It took her 10 mins or so and she finally moved us a whole 3 tables away! Ugh! Well, 3-4 days later my husband and i tested positive for covid 19 and we have been very sick and missed our vacation because of it! Scramblers, why allow sick people like that in your restaurant???? Why not ask them to leave? All they're doing is getting your...
