PUFF LOVE - Smoke Shop - Little Elm — Attraction in Little Elm

I only came here because it was past 8 PM on a Sunday and Smoke Stax down the street was already closed. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered.

I was looking for a specific product, but the guy working was rude and unhelpful. Instead of actually helping me or showing me where the product was, he just kept yelling from across the store that it was “on the counter.” I’m standing there confused—never been to this shop before—how am I supposed to know what he’s talking about? Turns out he meant a sheet listing products that was sitting on an empty display counter, not the actual product itself. A little effort or explanation would’ve gone a long way.

When I asked if he had tried a certain item, he snapped, “I don’t smoke.” That’s fine, but his whole attitude was unnecessary. There were no other customers in the store—he wasn’t busy—so there was really no excuse for the bad energy.

Prices were also higher than expected. Overall, the customer service sucked, the vibe was off, and the pricing wasn’t worth it. If I can help it, I won’t be...

I’m a grandmother, and I’ll admit I don’t usually go into smoke shops — but I was curious about trying some gummies to help with my sleep and sore knees. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but McCy greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel completely comfortable.

She took the time to explain everything to me, from the different kinds of gummies to how much to start with. Never once did she make me feel out of place or silly for asking questions (and believe me, I asked plenty!).

Thanks to her patience and knowledge, I found exactly what I needed — and I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years. McCy turned what could have been an awkward experience into such a pleasant one. I left feeling like I’d just chatted with my granddaughter.

Puff Love is a good head shop! I usually buy small quantities at a time, so take that in mind. I’m giving them 3 stars for a couple reasons:

1. I don’t just pass out 5 stars.
2. Their prices are higher than the head shop I usually visit.

The reason why I will come back to this shop is because of the employees and customer service I received. Kinslea was the one that helped me today and she was very patient with me and gave me the time to make my own choices after her generous input. I usually feel rushed or pressured at previous shops I’ve been to.
