ZAGG Aspen Grove — Attraction in Littleton

Not quality and lack of proper service. Higher price, screen quality low, ended up bubbling and cracking sooner after despite not being dropped. Randomly put on any screen protector than specifics.

I have been using Zagg for a long time and have always applied it myself. I went in and paid for a screen replacement of $12. This is cheaper online than in person by $2.

When I was about to notify which screen protector I got. The employee asked for my phone type and I let them know the generation. They grabbed a screen in a small thin white envelope and began to apply. Zagg sells 5 different screen protectors for iPhone 11 Pro Max and I was not asked which one I had. I questioned if the employee knew which one and they shut it down by saying if it’s not the privacy there’s only one (Zagg sells 5 types). They applied it and it looked fine, no bubbles at first.

An hour after the screen had started peeling off on the corners and on the same day since parts were flexing the screen had cracked. Not severe but not perfect for just buying. It was not the same quality as the original screen I bought and felt like a cheap version. The adhesive lacks.

I’m sticking to applying it myself and buying online for price...

Super disappointed in this product and even more so this store location. I came in for a glass screen replacement, the third time I’ve had to do so in the last 8 months. They did not have the screen protector I had on my phone, but the employee told me they would put a different one on and when they got more in stock in the next few days they would switch and upgrade mine for free. So, three days later I went in to do so and was told I was given incorrect information and it would actually be $10 again even though I had already paid $10 a few days before. I explained the situation, was told multiple people have been given incorrect info, but there was nothing they could do about that and I’d still have to pay an additional $10. I was very unimpressed with the customer service and am finished buying Zagg products. I then went next door to Verizon where they were incredibly helpful and I learned that buying another brand of screen protector through them comes with entirely free replacements, so you aren’t charged $10 every time yours cracks. I’d pick that Verizon store over that Zagg store in a heartbeat. I’m hopeful the product will be...

Kelly warmly greeted us right away when we walked in! Check! Her enthusiasm was such a change of pace from the normal canned greetings! She was very helpful in choosing from a wide selection of functional and fun products! I'm a magnet for stores like ZAGG Littleton! I even found the auto grip wireless charging mount that I've been eyeing for over a year! Michael the owner, was in house too and he is very knowledgeable about the products in his store and of different phones! He replaced my Moms cracked protective glass in speedy time! And he even honored me with a military DC 🤗 thank you sooo much!
