I took a stihl weed eater to replace the primer bulb fuel and have it serviced. The Hispanic guy at the service desk seemed really nice and told me it would take about 2 weeks. After not hearing back on week 3, I called them to check the status only to be told the part was on back order and would take about 2 weeks. Again, I called back on week 3 and finally was told it would be ready the next day. I finished cutting my grass that morning and drove to pick up my weed eater, paid $123, drove home and I could not turn on the weed eater. I drove it back, and the service guy couldn’t even turn it back on in front of me. He apologized and said he’d take another look and to come back for it during the week. Went back to pick it up the following Saturday and made sure they could turn it on in front of me before I left. Got home and couldn’t keep the darn thing running for more than 3 minutes at a time. I called to make a complaint with the manager and decided not to deal with that store again. Finally took it to someone who repairs weed eaters and they took it apart, found the fuel lines were melted and parts inside were rusted. That person was not sure how it even turned on. I have included those pics here. I doubt the “service guy” ever took the thing apart to service it but I was still charged for it.

I drove over an hour to get to this location for two items. Upon getting to the door, I was blocked from entering by an employee who stated, "We close in a few minutes. " I asked if that means I can't come in to get something, the response was "No, you can come back tomorrow." I told here I had driven a long ways to get here and that I thought they were still open. I walked away and then back to take pictures of their hours sign and to complete this review. The same employee unlocked the door and came outside and asked," would you like to come in and get something real quick." I said yes, got the items they had left in stock I needed, and hastily checked out. A better emphasis on customer service would be appreciated. It's sad when a business tells customers they don't want their business. They no longer close at 8pm, apparently they close at 6pm. Make sure you get here at least a 15 before they close or you could get shut out.

Really nice people, unfortunately my experience with having my tool serviced was very poor. Brought my Ego mower in last September. Finally received the mower back in late December and recognized immediately that it had not been repaired. They also did not refund my $50 deposit for warranty until I called back later. Returned the mower the next week, early January, and didn't receive it back until late March. Immediately upon returning the mower home it was obvious the issue was not corrected. To make matters worse, the arm of the mower, which telescopes, was damaged bad enough that made extending the handles for operation almost impossible without excessive force. Buying a fancy EGO Mower seemed like the way to go but 6 months in the service department with no resolution isn't worth the stress.

Took my weed eater and blower in for diagnostics and was charged $75. Was told it would cost $135 to fix my weed eater after their diagnosis. The weed eater was able to crank up before bringing it in just couldn't keep it running and I was hoping it just needed an adjustment. I was told that they didn't even try to adjust it because I already did prior to dropping it off and they are not allowed to. They are allowed to take your money though. So, I was charged $35 for them not to look at it. Then my blower. The guy on the phone told my it needed a carburetor. When I went to pick it up another guy told me it had a cracked cylinder. I explained to him that I was told other wise over the phone. He said well, it could be either. He said that these come out of the box running lean and I explained that I did my research and was aware and was hoping he could just tune it up. He didn't know what was wrong with the blower. All in all I gave them $75 to tell me I needed new equipment. I went on Amazon ordered a new carburetor for both for $30 and now they are both running. Find a local repair shop and don't waist your time with a company that just want to take your money and make you but...

Went to the store for an electric heater at the beginning of November. They didn’t have it in stock, so we paid for the item to have it ordered & shipped to the store for later pick up. Transaction went through. They got our contact info. All was good.

After two weeks, nothing. We called the store & were told the heater had not arrived yet.

Now over a month later, we called again. Was told it was not on that day’s truck, but it shows it was shipped to the store & should be there tomorrow. This was two days ago. And again. Nothing.

Today we called for the THIRD time. The girl that answered could not find anything under the name or phone number even though the previous two calls had our information.

At this point, we flat out told them to forget it & we are now disputing the charge with our bank to get a refund.

Clearly this store doesn’t keep good records, nor do they have any follow through with orders placed. The situation is made worse by the fact we drove in from out of town just to place our order. Needless to say, we will not be shopping...
