I was excited to try this place as there's not many hotpot or Shabu Shabu style restaurants in San Antonio. It was during the week, so there was plenty of open tables. Young gentleman server was great. He immediately came over to explain the menu in full detail and the differences between the mini hotpot and the noodle soup. Both have the same soup or broth base flavorings from savory to spicy. To have the best of both worlds, ordered 1 mini hotpot and 1 noodle soup. For the noodle soup, ordered the kimchi flavored broth with pork and an extra side of rice and mushrooms. For the mini hotpot, ordered the pork bone flavor. On the mini hotpot, they light the flame at the table. On the noodle soup, the entire pot is heated in the kitchen and brought to the table very hot. They give you the option on the noodle soup for everything to be cooked together in the kitchen or you cook it yourself at the table. Both the mini hotpot and the noodle soup came out within 10 minutes and were both presented nicely. The meats and vegetables were good portions that were fresh. Part of the fun of hotpot is the community aspect of cooking at the table. It's a joy cooking together and sharing your dishes. Nice to have found a new hotpot place in San Antonio. Good food and excellent service.

This store is pretty BAD right now. We drove 40 minutes just to come for rice noodles, but this time I got a very disappointing foods. The pots here were not cleaned and I was even able to tell what flavors the last customer who used this pot ate. It was very DISGUSTING! And the portions of sliced beef at this restaurant have become very small. There used to be ten slices now there are only six. I had the Green paper flavor. It's flavors have become much lighter and the portion of soup is much smaller. We asked the manager and he said it was the company, but it was definitely not the company, it was just because the owner of this store reduced the quality to save money. I swear if this keeps up, if some of the guests have contagious diseases they may infect the other guests who continue to use it. I was very disappointed. If you're reading this review, RUN! RUN as far as you can!

If you’re craving for some mini hot pot or rice noodles, this is a good place for you. The store located on a shopping plaza and there are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the restaurant. We went there for the first time on a Sunday night (about one hour before they close the shop) and it was about 1/3 full, with 2-3 groups lining up for takeouts. The restaurant is spacious and CLEAN. We both ordered cross bridge noodles (everything on the side) and the green pepper broth was the best. If you’re planning ti take food pics, make sure you request to have all the toppings on the side so you get these 10 little plates for the gram. Our server was super sweet and attentive. I’d say overall a pretty good experience although the food itself is not as impressive. I’d give: Food 3/5 Service 4/5

Service was awful and the owner didn’t even care . I went in to the restaurant to get service ! I didn’t get any ! They take my order . Didn’t ask if I needed anything . I went to get my own sriracha sauce . She just gave my a spoon and a fork . Didn’t ask if I wanted chopsticks. She came back and said “whenever you are ready no rush.” She said that leaving the check on my table . She didn’t even ask if I wanted more water or if I needed anything! She just put the check down and walked away. Didn’t even ask if I like my meal ! Wow !! Terrible service! Then she came back to me and said if I was ready to close my check . I said “No I’m not ready!” “However, I will give you my card .” I told her that I was I came here four times and I had good service but today it was bad ! I went up to the guy by the register and he asked me how was everything? I told him about my experience. He said sorry . I was like I know you don’t care . He said “ it’s my business “ anyway he just smiled and said sorry . He also said “ it’s the end of the day .” I said to him “ you should treat every last guest like your first !” The truth ! I’ve been a server . So I understand however. I came for service ! Plus I was rushed to pay my bill and the lady who I dropped off my check didn’t ask me if I needed anything! She didn’t check on me ! No water refill ! No cup to go ! Nothing ! I’m very disappointed and I will not come here again because the service was terrible and the owner didn’t care . He just smiled and made a comment. He didn’t care ! He had a very cocky and snobby look to him and when I was leaving he didn’t even say anything to that lady . If you want great service and great food go to another Ramen place ! This place is...

Pretty good noodles and broth; Close to authentic style, some of the closest to actual Chinese food you’ll find in Schertz. The good: another real Asian food option in San Antonio! The flavors are on point and can be spicy if that’s you’re thing or not. So there’s a good level of customization with the soup. The “owner” or maybe head honcho, (not sure what she her actual position is) is very attentive to detail and cares about quality. It’s not super expensive, but it’s not what I consider cheap either. It’s a fair price for the quality. The bad: they are still in a soft opening so missing some menu items and there can be kinks in the service because of it. I feel like they are working with a skeleton crew, but that’s just an outsiders perspective. I like the Houston location, so I hope they are successful enough to up the menu and amount of workers. sometimes they make silly mistakes; forgetting utensils or last time the broth wasn’t hot enough for me, but the previous two times it almost burned the roof of my mouth(which I prefer, if I’m Eating soup I want it HoT! So it’ll be interesting next time to see if they found that middle temp. Anyways, it’s a solid choice, soft opening aside. Give it a try, especially...
