Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Livingston Township

Recently went into wild Bill's bought a item when i got the item home item did not work as it should.when i bought it i was told i had 5 days to return or exchange it. Went back the next day to exchange the item. 1st staff member who was helping me had to walk away for phone call i got 2nd staff member both staff members came to conclusion the item was not working correct. So i exchanged it for another one i asked the 2nd staff member after she was trying to ring up the item which she couldnt get to work and she ended up typing in the price. i asked is this one the same price as the last one she said yes. I believed her and went to leave got to my car and i noticed the box said $69.99 but reciept said i was charged $79.90 for it. So i returned into the store showed the lady that box which in 2 spots says $69.99 but reciept says $79.90 . she said oh the box must be marked wrong hang on i will go ask. She comes back very rudely says i can give you gift card for the difference. She never apologized for charging me more money then the item was.I asked for cash back she said no i cant do that i can only give you a gift card i asked does it say that somewhere or can i talk to someone else she said thats store policy Which i didnt know if i should trust her at this point i had never been to this store before. She just stood there staring at me! There was other customers in the store and she was making it sound that i had done something wrong .she never started making the gift card she never offered to sell me something for my change or did she ever go get someone else for me to speak to. Never was apologized to. I was lied to, charged the wrong price,and treated with horrible disrespectful customer servic. all i wanted was my change back that was owed to me. I ended up telling this lady i will be reporting this and left with no gift card no change just my item that i was charged to much money for. I got 2nd item home and this item was worse it didnt work at all ! I would not recommend going into this store at all. i am in the process of reporting this to the correct...

Since I am a smoker of tobacco cigarettes, I do look for deals in different places to make my purchases. Wild bills has been a top notch repeat business for me as it is Veteran and civilian friendly place. Veterans can sign up for a discount account Which is well worth it. All of the staff in both locations Gaylord Michigan are friendly and kind even when I don’t know where yet. They are more than willing to help you find what you need even if you do not know the exact name what are you looking for exactly how to describe it. They are very receptive to you helping them spot your specific brand on the shelf behind them. When I first started going into the first location they did not carry my brand, but did start ordering it as long as I agreed to come in and purchase on a regular basis. So the deal was set. A very accommodating bunch. There are so many kind things I can say there’s just not enough room here, and y’all don’t want to read a book about everything I could say about wild Bill‘s tobacco. Even if you don’t smoke cigarettes, my suggestion is just stop in and check them out anyway because you might just find something you collect or a gift for someone...

My husband and I came into the store looking for a 14Male banger, what we left with was not functional. The lady who helped us had no idea about any bangers. She told us that her boss loves The Turbine XL Hourglass GHQ-39-90-14 from Glass House. It would be nice if the employee was honest about not having much experience with bangers and telling us that her boss loves this product and that it’s the best, very misleading and made us feel lied to. It came with tiny turnip pearls and a carb cap. The banger has a hurricane design on the part where you place the wax. The dish cools off to rapidly, and it claims of being able to hold 10 pearls is laughable because it can’t function with more than 5 tiny pearls in it. The way the banger is designed you can not get a good pull, making me feel like I’m wasting my concentrate. I would not recommend...
