I purchased a dishwasher from this location about 2.5 months ago. When I purchased it, I asked for the delivery and installation option. FIRST RED FLAG, the salesman, Dwayne, informed me I have to pay the installers directly.... okaayy. So I did. The company they used for the delivery and installation was Coming Attractions LLC. The only thing right this company did was drop off the new dishwasher and take the old one. After installation, I tried to run the dishwasher and within minutes got an error code indication supply water issues. I called Coming Attractions LLC back, and the president, Mike, came to check what was wrong. At this time he even confirmed that there was an installation issue and assured me that his plumber would be back out to fix the job. His plumber came out and took a look and went in my basement to change the valve on the pipe leading to the dishwasher because apparently that was a problem, even tho it worked perfectly with my old one. Instead of pulling the unit out and verifying behind the dishwasher, he adamantly told me that it was a manufacturer problem. Well i've had the manufacturer come out twice to my house and both people have said it is an installation issue. The president of the installation company said it was an installation issue. But the plumber who installed it refuses to take accountability.
Its been two months now since i've made the purchase. Coming attractions has come out to my house 4 times. I've had Kenmark warranty claims come out to my house twice to confirm that it was an installation issue. I still don't have a functioning dishwasher.
The salesman at ABC warehouse, Dwayne, has avoided calling me back on multiple occasions to the point that I have had to escalate this to the Manager of Customer Service at ABC, and he had to escalate it to the Regional Vice President. Dwayne has caught an attitude when called out on his poor customer service as if he is the victim. The plumber at Coming Attractions has been rude and aggressive when told his installation is the problem. The president of Coming Attractions, lovingly game me his card and number and said call him if i have a problem, but when ive called him, his receptionist picks up the phone and he never calls you back.
Looking at the other reviews from Coming Attractions LLC and ABC Warehouse Livonia, it seems like they somehow have a shady arrangement with business funneled to them...
Read moreI purchased your refrigerator June of 2024 from ABC Warehouse Livonia it turned out to be a defective refrigerator almost a year later. Salesman Kelly and Angelo gave me a hard time getting repairman out eventually did found out the refrigerator was warped and they replaced it. I went in to ABC Warehouse in June of 2025 to get the replacement and paid for an upgrade. I asked the salesman is this the 4th of July special he said yes I find out a week later he lied to me overcharged me $180 plus he charged me $45 to pick up the defective refrigerator. The same salesman in June of 2024 7 days after I purchased the first refrigerator I asked him if I could return it I don't like it and he says I can't find out that was a lie. Now the warranty department is refusing to fix my refrigerator the freezer area keeps leaking all over my floor refuse to fix it and I've only had the refrigerator 5 weeks ABC Warehouse will do nothing to help me at all stay away from this Warehouse stay away from ABC and stay away from these salesmen that I mentioned they lied right to my face I'm going to take them to small claims court and I'm going to let the judge sort this out with how many times they lied misled me and ripped me off and now refuse to take care of a refrigerator that purchased from ABC Warehouse less than 5 weeks ago and it's leaking $12,000 kitchen floor is now getting ruined $800 worth of food in the freezer gone see you guys in court. Read moreABC Warehouse Livonia. As a person who can't currently shop in person, Brad N. helped me over the phone. It was a very stressful situation. His kindness and patience in helping me order a new dryer, arrange the delivery 2 days later, and arrange the installers to disconnect my old dryer and connect the new dryer, was of great relief. The two young men who removed my old dryer and delivered my new dryer were also very kind and understanding. I never got their names but they have delivered to my home in the past. The same for Jimmy N. and his coworker (I apologize that I can't remember his name). Even though I wear a mask, I require people to wear masks when in my home for my health and well-being. I have encountered people in the past who were reluctant to wear a mask. These 4 gentlemen weren't phased by my request and I greatly appreciate their willingness to protect my health. Brad N., Wayne, and other employees at ABC Warehouse Livonia have always gone above and beyond to help me when I was in need of a new appliance. If there ever was a problem (once in 9 years, not their fault, the fan in the refrigerator was defective), it was resolved immediately. There is so much negativity in the world right now and not enough emphasis on the good things that people are doing and have been doing.
