I had a horrible experience here and I’ll never come back. Make sure your car is OK after they take it from you. update, April 26 after a month of having the car, I cannot believe that they did not fix the alignment as promised on a contract after going to Firestone and have them fix it. Firestone also found out that they did not do the brakes reported by the Fiat Bennhasuen housing in Orland Park somehow they sold it to the Lockport sister location in bad shape and expected a good price for it. This is so unsatisfactory. No company should ever act like this when I found the car originally in the lot. I couldn’t believe that the wheel was off centered. How would you know? I notice that when you’re selling it the brakes were rusted. All the rotors were different colors. I have the videos and pictures I even went to the dealership and told them what happened. Show them the evidence and never heard back on Friday. This company is a sham and she lose its license. I cannot believe that any company will put a customer through this. Why would you want to lie to the customer tell me why. I would never go here to do business. Also, when I first reported the alignment, they gave me a rental car and kept my car for five days. I had to call the Fiat Orland, Bettenhasen And ask, why did my car even go there and why is it there for so long and come to find out they didn’t even do any work so what did they do to my car while they had it? Unprofessional business, unprofessional, unprofessional unprofessional!!! Well, guess what I’m going to court I am not allowing this company to take my money and get away with it. No thank you.April 2025 Update* this dealership does not want to make it right I literally had a fire stone associate explain what the car needed, and what was happening and they still didn’t wanna believe it. I have never met a company that doesn’t want to be accountable for its customer. They gave me a complete entire brake system. That was bad and didn’t even do the alignment right which was under a contract for them to do right this is a very bad company and I don’t think anyone should do business here and I think they are doing nothing but trying to shortcut and get your money to a T. I wanna be clear and transparent. This company sold me a car that quoted and stated on On February 2025 there sister location Fiat Orland Bettenhausen did a complete break job and sold the car to lockport and somehow I got the car all rusty and outdated. Read moreMy husband and I figured we would try this dealership out to have our jeep grand Cherokee repaired at and let me tell you it’s EXTREMELY hard to find a good dealership. We have been to 4 different dealerships with my car for repairs now and each time have been let down not only with the work but the customer service as well. When I called this dealership I spoke to Kyle Mandra in service and absolutely fell in love with his communication and authenticity right from the start. At the end of our conversation it felt more like I was talking to a friend than just someone at a dealership, but let me tell you every update imaginable on my car and updates on my warranty he let me know ASAP and every phone call I made he answered and made sure to answer all my questions that I had. It’s so hard to find a great dealership let alone someone who is very consistent with communication like Kyle. I can only pray these dealerships read reviews because I can promise them now whatever they are paying him it’s no where near enough, because this guy truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and we can not thank him enough!!! Our extended warranty that we bought from another dealership on my car is about to expire and we are planning on getting the Mopar package warranty from Kyle soon, not only because we want one but because he was just so amazingly genuine and great to my husband and I, that we truly feel like he has our best interest at heart and isn’t just out to screw us over like every other dealership. Im happy to say from this point on we have finally found our dealership because of Kyle. Customer service goes a long way and many dealerships I feel like forget that. Bettenhausen is EXTREMELY lucky to have someone like him to be apart of their team and we are even more lucky to have come across someone who truly cares not only about our vehicle but us as customers as well. Read moreI went to this dealership twice once for oil change and rear wheel trim. The first visit I ask if they can check my antifreeze because it seemed low. A couple days later I went to clean leaves from my Ram Promaster from the hood. I popped the hood and notice I had no washer fluid and antifreeze level was still low. The second time I went in was to replace rear wheel trim. I once again mentioned the antifreeze and I let the Amy know my washer fluid was never filled after the oil change. She apologized and said they will fill up washer fluid and check antifreeze. I replied no need I put washer fluid in. She said okay we will check antifreeze I said okay thank you. When I returned to pick up service was closed for the day. The trim was poorly done! It is not lined up correctly so one screw was not placed because its not lined up correctly. There is grayish sticky stuff around the trim and on my frame. This was poor work done. My husband also took in his Ram 1500 for oil change, recall and warranty work. When they was done with oil change my husband ask if they even changed the oil once he received his pick up he noticed they didn't even reset it or top off his fluids. as for the recall they said they are waiting for the part to come in to start doing the recalls and that they will call us when the part came in. Three months later still no call. The warranty work which was roof trim driver side we requested to be replaced they said they will call when that part came in. Two months later we called and they stated they never ordered the part and don't have anything on file to order that part. What a waste of our time here at this location. We are not using this dealership again we will continue to drive 35mins to another Dodge dealership for our services. I do want to mention the porters, cashier and Amy are really nice in the service department.
