They had nice comfortable rooms that were inviting. I wish you could sit down by the fireplace in the front area to relax but at least they had one. I was glad to be able to park right next to our room. Everything worked great in our room. The door latch was a little finicky though. The indoor pool area was awesome! The water was refreshing but not so cold that I wouldn't get in. There was a huge slide that was a nice surprise (and uncharacteristic of a hotel isn't it??). My kids had a great time at the pool. Of course regulations were being followed because of Covid which limited the amount of people that could be in the pool area at a time. But it was never an issue. There is also a hot tub. The breakfast was limited because of Covid but they were still able to serve a little by taking orders the night before. I would stay here again! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. In our opinion, it’s one of the best hotels in Logan. The staff were all super friendly, the rooms were modern and very clean, and the water slide was a blast with the kids. As opposed to some other places we have stayed, you can tell the management here is actively involved with the hotel and they keep the standards and quality high. We would recommend this hotel to family or friends, and we definitely plan on coming back again.

Helpful staff, good (but odd) location, decent breakfast, comfortable bed, decent internet. Close variety of resturants. This will be my 1st chioce of hotel when returning to Logan. The hotel is located about 200 Ft. off of Main street, behind another business. Which menas you REALLY have to be looking for it. This property is showing normal wear & tear, but overall in good condition.

I write this review with a heavy heart and am sorry for the novel but I wanted to fully document our experience. We loved the hotel. The location was great and the pool with slide was amazing. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. When checking in I sat there and the front desk lady kept going into the back and then coming up front without saying what is going on. She finally gave me our keys and didn't say anything. No "this is how you access the WiFi" or "breakfast is at 7am". I finally figured this meant I could leave and go to my room.

From there things got worse. Me and my wife went to the room and got everything unpacked. We are the type that we unpack everything even though we are only staying one night. After unpacking and hanging out for a few minutes my wife got up to go to the bathroom and complained about being dizzy. We chalked it up to her standing up too fast as that happens some times. She was in the bathroom for a few minutes and all of a sudden I started feeling dizzy, which never happens. I told my wife I was feeling dizzy and she said she still felt dizzy which is not normal for her. So we decided to get out of the room. We went into the hall and my wife was so dizzy she sat down in the hall. Someone walked by and asked if we were ok. We told her we started feeling dizzy so she went to the front desk and grabbed the same person that checked me in. She came over and asked what was going on. We told her we both started feeling dizzy and are concerned something is wrong with our room. She went into our room and came back out saying she didn't smell any gas leak and the issue wasn't with our room. She did offer to bring us water and we said yes. She brought us water and then we went outside to our car.

Once in our car both of us had broken out in a sweat. We ended up going to pick up dinner and when we came back we talked and decided we should try to switch rooms. So l went up to the front desk to request a room change. I will say in my 45 years of life this was the first time I complained about a room and asked for a room change. And over the years I have dealt with some room issues such as bad smells, heat/ac not working properly and weird noises. When I got to the front desk there was an older couple checking in. I was a little surprised cause the same front desk person seemed to be much nicer to them. Once they were checked in I came up and said we weren't comfortable staying in our current room and wanted to see if there was any way to switch rooms. She said there isn't any issue with our room. That someone else had been staying in there and the cleaning crew didn't have any issues. I told her that what we experienced was probably not due to the room but to be safe we would feel much more comfortable in a new room, we were in a king room and she said all she had was a 2 queen room. Even though it was just the two of us I told her I was ok with a 2 queen room. She then complained to me that she was going to have to send the cleaning crew in. I apologized again and told her that we didn't use anything in the room other than the toilet so it didn't need to be recleaned. She finally said we would switch us rooms but that if we felt dizzy again they wouldn't be changing us again. I told her I understood and if we started feeling dizzy again it would be obvious that it wasn't the room.

Once we switched rooms, which was a pain because we had to repack everything, everything was great. We went to the pool and had so much fun with the slide. It's just sad that such a great hotel was ruined by bad...

When you book with Choice hotels it says you are required to wear a mask in all common areas. Almost all Hotel staffers were not either wearing them or consistently wearing them. Including the kitchen staffer putting out breakfast foods, housekeeping, pool monitor, and front desk staff. The two front desk gals our first night(Friday) were the only two wearing them.

We booked a 2 queen bed room for 2 nights. The toilet flooded minutes after entering the room, and was moved to a king bed room. 3 adults in a king bed, unrelated it quite uncomfortable. I know the two gals did all they could and we had to make due explaining they were completely booked for Saturday but not Friday. We discussed a discount and landed on a 1st night comped, that had to be approved by Drew the manager Monday. No biggie. Saturday they held a double queen and we were happy to take it. Sunday received my invoice for the already paid weekend, and had not seen a free night. I went down to discuss it with a non-masked staffer who said it was all noted in the account and Drew would look over it and call Monday. Again no biggie. No call Monday. 8.25 Choice hotels asked for a survey 8.27. that I gave honest feedback on. Dirty rooms. Lack of Safety. And of course no free night. I did receive an email from Drew about a call today. Instead received a call from MINDY JORGENSEN the GM, she left a not really pleasant voicemail. I called her back there after. Mindy had stated she knew for a "fact" her employees wear masks, refused to give me her superiors name and number after I didn't get much an apology, a lack of empathy, sympathy or any genuine customer service skills from. After asking if Choice Hotels had a standards or requirements they have to abide by and if they had cameras she then said she does not enforce the masks and stated " I'm not wearing a mask right now, I'm eating" while on this call with me. She said they would give my $50 bucks back. She said "if they said they would comp you then they should have". I explained again what I was told, not feeling great about this experience I again asked for her supervisors number. She stated he would prefer not to get involved, and herself Mindy is the supervisor and she is handling it. Then she again refused to give me a name or number, after I stated the lack of understanding for the situation. Instead of just saying I'll take care of it she went on the defense never once genuinely apologizing or wanting to make it right. Those 2 gals the 1st night did more than their bosses had done. I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I'm sad that this is how this interaction ended. Sadly we will not be staying...

We were in town for a volleyball tournament traveling from out of state. We checked in 2pm, and discovered our room had no heat. Front desk said they would have "someone" fix it while we were away at tournament. Arrived back to hotel after 10pm to no heat. The room was freezing the low that night was to be zero. I went to the front desk and was told "my manager said she fixed it" ok well it's not working now and our room is extremely cold. The front desk lady was rude and offered no solutions. I askded for a manager, she told me one was not available. I asked to move rooms, she said they were booked and offered to move us the following day. She did not offer to call their local sister hotel or put us up in another hotel. Her solution was to let us borrow her tiny space heater. We did try this but due to the size of the room and how small the space heater was the immediate area around the heater was the only warm section. I moved the heater in between the beds, again the only thing getting warm was the side of the beds. My husband then went to the front desk asking for her to contact someone in charge to assist. She then called her "manager" which I was told 20 minutes earlier no one was available. The manager told her she just removed the panel of the wall heater and it started working. No maintenance was actually done. Manager on phone offered no solutions other than we try doing the same thing she did.

By the time we did all this it was 11 o'clock, our room was extremely cold, us and our daughter needed a warm place to sleep so we told the front desk we were leaving. We asked when the manager would be in the next day Saturday 2/25 to discuss, front desk did not know and said she's not allowed to give a managers name. We arrived today at 11:32am, the same front desk lady did not know when the manager would be in she didn't know her schedule but assured us she spoke to said manager and we were refunded. Great but we still want to speak with a manager regarding this experience of not having a basic necessity of heat.

To end: Luckily we found a hotel paying a last minute higher rate for the weekend. Customer Service was terrible! Front desk rude! Would not recommended staying here and I will be escalating our stay with the...
