Went into this store a few days ago looked around and tried things on for about an hour and was ready to check out, there was a heavier set lady in there that helped me check out she kept asking if I had a maurices card and I told her yes and she said â okay well if you use it youâll get an additional 10% offâ long story short I wanted an item they had but didnât have my size so I asked if they could order it for me, she was like oh yeah no problem at all, when I got to checkout she told me she wouldnât be able to order it unless I used my maurices credit card, and I had told her before that I wanted to just pay cash and she just kept saying how if I didnât use it she couldnât give me the discount and order the item I wanted in my size. After she sat there and put me in this situation I told her I would go to my car and grab it and be back. I never went back and will not shop at this location again. If someone says no thatâs what it means. I probably had at least 200$ worth of stuff.    Read moreThis is specific to the Logan store. I called to check if an item was in stock because online doesn't give updates on clearance items (as per the website). Whoever answered the phone (no name was given) told me over and over that she had no way of checking on items, that online should give an update on it. I felt that she was annoyed too even be asked to do something. I called the Brigham city location. Annabelle answered, checked their store inventory, and then used her computer system to check the closest stores (something the Logan location vehemently said was not possible). Great job...
