Geek Squad — Local services in Logan

Incredibly annoyed with the Geek Squad. The website says that they can fix home pods. I called and made a diagnostic appointment. They gave me a confirmation number for my appointment. I showed up to the store with my HomePod. They looked at me like I was a crazy person and said that they couldn’t do anything for me. I told them I had an appointment and a confirmation number, which they didn’t even ask me for. They literally just turned me away and said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even try to look into it or do any diagnosis. Maybe try a little harder next time. That’s all I ask. Horrible...
