WickedBall Party Rentals — Local services in Lombard

Thank you Kayla, Lake, and Aidan for making sure my son had the BEST 7th birthday party! Leading up to the event I call LOTS of times for clarifying questions and adjustments to the party. Someone answered every time and gave me their full attention and helped me pick the best plan. We decided to go with the all-access for 90 minutes and had close to 20 kids. It was even better because we did the party earlier in the day so it ended up being pretty much only us. On the day of the event since most of the activities are for 10 kids at a time, Kayla blew up the bounce house so while Lake led half the group in a nerf battle, the other half had fun bouncing, playing video games, and competing in air hockey/ping pong. Kayla even went above and beyond to call an extra staff member in early, Aidan, so him and Lake could both run events at the same time from then on.

WickedBall was a dream for the kids! It was the perfect balance of guided activities and freedom to play other things too. During the hour and a half we did two rounds of nerf battles, multiple rounds of bubble soccer (the parents favorite to watch for sure), tons of dodgeball, jousting, bouncing, and so many video games!

We hosted our son's private and exclusive surprise 16th birthday party at WickedBall Chicago on September 28, 2024. The WickedBall staff were amazing throughout the three-month planning process. They answered my many questions and were extremely patient. They allowed me to view the venue multiple times and take photos and video of the space to aid me in my party planning.

Our son, his friends, and the rest of our guests had an AMAZING time. We were allowed to provide our song playlist via Spotify, which set the upbeat tone for the party. The WickedBall staff and two party hosts were attentive and kept everyone engaged throughout the party. My son and his friends thoroughly enjoyed the variety of activities provided, as there were activities to suit everyone's interests. The staff checked in with me throughout the party to ensure that our needs were met. We loved the fact that we could bring our own food, which we had catered from our son's favorite Greek restaurant. WickedBall staff assisted with clean-up after the conclusion of the party and were even willing to help us take our supplies to our cars and load them. Our son and his teenage friends all enjoyed the activities and were all smiles throughout the entire party. They all raved about how much fun they had.

This place has a lot of great workers but this place is not what I excepted. It was very small and in need of upgrades of their games. This place is very expensive and u don't get time to play everything especially if u have a big party. I had a very large party and like 3 of them didn't get to play anything... so that's$45 wasted. 2 ppl hurt their arm in the wipe out game the melt down. When the thing knocked them down its like they fell right to the floor it wasn't stable enough. I alerted the staff who informed me that the padding was taken from under it because it was making the inflatable uneven so we immediately got off. But the damage was already done. They did offer over packs for their arms. So with this being said e had a few laughs and some had fun but I don't think I would recommend this place to others until they either get better equipment and either come down on prices or...
