absolutely love Lulu lemon however I have never encountered more rude employees, ever! On three separate occasions 99% of the employees, and I spoke with a lot of them, were unhelpful and plain rude. Every single last one of them acted inconvenienced that they were being asked for assistance. Not one of them acted happy about having to look something up online or in other stores locations. Today I had an employee tell me every single jacket in my size was sold out and I found it on my way out the door and bought it. not one person was willing to help me look for anything I ended up purchasing a bag I was looking for in another state the other day after I had multiple employees tell me it was gone throughout the entire company in every store in the country which was clearly a lie as I found 10 more bags in other states matching my description. the guy in the dressing room was just as rude as the next everyone seems happy to be hanging out talking to each other and looking annoyed when asked for help like I was interrupting their party. Unacceptable I will not be going back. there was one wonderful employee who helped me locate what I was looking for she worked in a call center in another state and she was a doll. also frustrating that everything is constantly sold out but I understand why great product. sad that it's poorly...
Read moreI came in on the day after Christmas so Boxing Day which is their Black Friday shopping day shall I say when they have the absolute BEST deals around to get some things and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their customer service. Needless to say I did come in about an hour and a half before closing time and the sales associate named Erin helped me out and really went above and beyond trying to help me find the clothes and styles that I needed. As I even stayed about five minutes after closing time, the staff in the weight room was really really nice, I did not feel rushed or made to leave at any time in the process and even were nice enough to complement the outfits that I had picked out and we’re super friendly. Erin that had to help me previously was right there at checkout, so I made sure to point her out to my cashier who was also very very nice to me to make sure she got the credit, but kudos to you, Lululemon for having such friendly, nice, and super...

I get that you sell high end athletic apparel but for the employees to be entitled and act like they are to cool service anyone who walks in. The management team might want to coach and teach their employees about the brand and how everything they do no matter how great the product is can tarnish the brand. I tell myself not to shop this location anymore but I hope everytime I walk in the service will be better. I think that the employees need a reality check and understand it doesn't matter where you work sales is sales. Attitude and a sense of entitlement is bad for sales.
