Shake Shack Park Meadows — Restaurant in Lone Tree

The food was great especially the fry's they were really crispy ... just how I like them. My review however is for the service I received from the manager, Nicole. After eating my meal in the food court I left to go home and left my shopping bag hanging from the chair. 30 mins later I realized I had left it and had to turn around in hopes to find the bag still there. I called the mall number and no one picked up so my hopes were beginning to wane. I then thought that maybe if I call Shake Shack maybe just maybe they could look for the bag for me. I called, pushed 2 for the manager and shockingly someone picked up on the second ring. I spoke with Nicole and explained what happened, she jumped into action before I could even ask for her help. I waited on hold hoping that she found the bag and few minutes later she came back on the line letting me know that she found the bag and she put it in her locked office until I could get back there. Outstanding service! Nicole didn't have to help me right away especially since she was very busy. Stephanie Darden is the shift manager for this location. She is extremely rude and called me an insulting term in front of other customers. All because I tried to use a kiosk that apparently wasn’t functioning (while having an AirPod in my ear), despite there not being any signs indicating that the kiosk wasn’t working. She then turned her back at me and refused to turn around to take my order. I had to yell back for someone else to please come and take my order, because Stephanie continued to ignore me. When I asked the other employee why Stephanie was mistreating me, he said: “Yeah, it’s a problem. She is just like that.”

Shake Shack corporate, you need to fire Stephanie. If this is how she treats customers, and if other employees are giving me sympathetic looks, then there is a problem. She should not be in any position of management. EVER. Please review immediately.

I had a "to go" order, so I didn't discover the problem until I got home.

The burger was great. I have nothing bad to say about that.

The fries, however, were not cooked properly. I bit into a few of them and they were cold and crunchy. Not the crunchy as in COOKED crunchy, but rather, the kind of crunchy associated with biting into a raw potato. I decided to just toss out the whole order of fries. They were all firm and cold.

It was very busy today so I can only assume they were rushing on the fries station and not letting them cook thoroughly.

My main gripe is if the fries are going to be a whole separate charge add-on, cook it as if someone's paying for it, please.
