Got the Karrage appetizer, and for ramen I had Miso and my wife had the Tonkotsu ramen. I've lived in Japan for 7 years and this is the closest thing I've had to authentic Japanese ramen. This is (so far) the BEST ramen place here in Colorado. I've been here three times and they've only really messed up on our order once. They slightly overcooked my wife's noodles but I'll consider it a small slip up because they've been super consistent in the past, and my Miso noodles were great. The highlight of this place is the chashu and the broth. Probably the best I've ever had, and it's always so delicious that you can ACTUALLY finish drinking the entire bowl. (I know, it's unfortunate that the bar is low, but I've been to some pretty horrible ramen places in the US.) The chashu is super fatty and delicious and they don't cheap out on the potion sizes either. The vegetable toppings are good, but putting bok choy is questionable since Japanese ramen typically doesn't include it, but it's nothing for me to be bothered about. The egg was fully marinated and cooked perfectly, not too hard, not too soft. The fried chicken was one of the best Karrage I've had in the US as well and comes with a special sauce. As a recommendation, maybe give a lemon slice to add to the Karrage. Please keep up the great ramen, as I will be back again.

Disappointing. This is one of my sons favorite place to eat and he said they did not perform like they normally do. Food overall was okay. I was not super surprised or anything. It was average and seemed cooked well. They had only one waitress and she was so over whelmed that even getting water to the table was a struggle. She could not even pay attention to who was new waiting to order drinks versus someone who has already been sitting down for 20 minutes. My son said they aren't usually that busy but I do not think that's a good excuse for poor service. She was very nice and helpful otherwise, Probably one of the most upsetting thigs I saw was people coming in around 7:40 PM and they where telling them they were closed. There was more then two groups that tried to come in and they said "Sorry Kitchen is closed" I want to know why the sign says 8:00PM. That to me is not a good business. They had three cooks so there was no reason for them to close early. Overall, I will never come back here.

6/4/22- Finally got to try the food here and that is why I'm bumping them up from 2 stars to 3. The food tasted ok, but for price and size this place can not compete with near by places that give you more food for a smaller price. The best part of the meal to me was the appetizer. Also they did not have enough dressing on the salad and what was there was bland. The waitress also did not refill our water until we asked so not a good job of watching the tables. They weren't that busy today and no one was having to wait for a spot. At least they had menus and they don't force you to use the qr code. 1/2/22-Tried to go here for lunch, but they are way to small for the foot traffic they get. There was only two bar seats left with high chairs with no backs. These types of chairs are not good for people with disabilities. They also had a lower bar area, but the chairs had the same disability issue with no backs. Place isn't ADA friendly.
