We had a fantastic experience with Lex and the Park Meadows Purple store. Bottom line: we love the bed and customer service 6 out of 5 for both! Here is our story if you want to read on:After researching beds and having “fails” with Tempur-Pedic and Sleep Number, we found Purple at the Park Meadows Mall in Lone Star Colorado. Great experience in the store - convinced we should try it - no pressure sales, just a great product. My husband and I have back issues and the concept appealed to our nurse background. However, we live in SC and were in CO visiting family. We were sold on the bed but felt we should look closer to home- although the folks at Purple assured us free shipping. We should have listened- we look for locations near our home in Charleston South Carolina. There were no direct purple stores in our area. Therefore, we shopped at Ashley furniture in Mount Pleasant South Carolina. We went and saw the product same product and I’m still convinced this is the way to go. However, when it came to the price, the price was much higher than the purple store in Colorado and we wanted to see if we could negotiate a deal. Stay closer to home and still get the great product. The sales person was questionably ethical. I ended up calling the Park Meadows Purple store and Lex gave us a quote which was a great deal with free shipping and a fantastic military discount for my husband’s service. Upon giving this email to the Ashley furniture store, the salesman “accidentally” deleted the email. Based on that one experience, we decided we will never shop at Ashley furniture again. We were going back to Colorado and decided we would wait and return to the Park Meadows store. We were met again by Lex who actually remembered our experience with the Ashley furniture sales person deleting their quote since they resent the email. He was extremely helpful and we are thrilled to say that we now have our purple bed and are very pleased with the product and excellent and exceptional customer service that Lex provided. Thank you for a fantastic experience. It is amazing that we had to travel 1400 miles to get this fantastic experience. The only improvement would be to place a purple store in South Carolina -but we really need Lex to be there too...

Read moreWe couldn’t be more pleased with the help and support that Kirsten provided while we shopped for our new Purple mattress and bed frame. She let us try out the showroom beds, was available for any questions- she knew all the answers- wasn’t pushy with any sales pitch- walked us through the decision making process while giving us enough space to discuss among ourselves.
She alone is why we decided to pull the trigger and purchase the bed. Our intention was to shop around between a few brands we researched, but her soft sell approach made us comfortable and we spent an hour in the store just trying out the beds. We already had the purple pillows for the last two years and they are amazing- so our inclination was to go with their mattress. Again- we were only shopping the mattress but ended up purchasing both the mattress and the frame! The frame has a remote to lift the feet, raise the you up to seated and vibrate the bed! Plus it has a night light feature under the bed! After an hour of laying on the bed and getting to play with the functions as well as feel the support of the mattress- our backs felt so stretched out and relaxed! We decided if we felt a noticeable difference in our bodies after an hour- a nights sleep would be amazing.
