Great place to dine out in the open patio seating next to the water. It was some what tucked in the Hotel and limited signage to guide to the restaurant as I noticed us and another couple had seemed a bit lost at first. Customer Service was 5 🌟 Made reservations which I highly recommend during the weekend, which it seemed to be quite busy. We were seated right away. Waiter was ensured we always had a drink and made just enough stops to makingsure we had everything. It appeared to the manager, who also did her rounds to each table. Food was 4 🌟 Calamari was a large portion for an appetizer for just two of us. Big enough for 3-4 people. We also had to try their guacamole and chips... they brought us chips in a bag which was odd since everything else came on a plate. My wife has the Pan-Seared Fillet of Salmon which she said it was tasty but would have liked to pair it with some of my mashed potatoes. I had the Fuego's Filet Mignon which was very tender although it was more medium-well then medium-rare as i asked. It was just the right amount of flavor when you add the blue cheese to each bite. My mouth is still watering just thinking about it...it does come at cost, as it is the priciest entree on their menu. I would of liked to have tried their Brussel Sprouts as seen them on a previous review. Next time! They also mention that there was a time limit on dining of an 1 hour and 45 minutes which is plenty of time but again just odd. This was probably due to the reduce seating available. The restaurant seating and atmosphere was 4 🌟 I loved that had a Cabana style set up for a large group and also a dining table with fire pit. They didn't have any music playing or at least I didn't hear it. Not sure if it would of made it a bit more relaxing or just to add to the touch. Seating was fairly well Spaced. Going after sunset gives a nice backdrop with array of lights across the harbor. I would love to dine hear another evening.

Portions and Price: Be prepared for generous portions - come hungry! The price point reflects the upscale ambiance, with most entrees ranging from $30 to $50. Service: Keep in mind that a 20% service charge is automatically added to the bill. Ambiance: The best part? The view! Fuego boasts stunning waterfront vistas, making it a great spot for a special occasion. Overall: Fuego offers delicious Latin American cuisine in a beautiful setting. The portions are large, but the price tag reflects the upscale experience. Be aware of the automatic service charge added to the bill. If you're looking for a memorable meal with a view, Fuego is worth considering, but keep your budget in mind.
