Beautiful Harbor, lots of walking space and picture spots. I come here often for walks and it's always so nice. Going from the aquarium to the Lighthouse, to shoreline village, the Queen Mary. There are so many things to see!
Long Beach makes it easy to with their Free busses taking you to all the local places around Rainbow Harbor, even the Queen Mary. In the warmer months there is even a water taxi service that does the same thing for a $1 per person charge.
Shoreline village ha some great shops and restaurants. The grass around the Lighthouse is perfect for picnicking or simply laying down. If this is a biking destination for you, there are spacious paths all around the harbor.
There are public restrooms in multiple spots surrounding the harbor.

However, this area is extremely wonderful with an awesomely built boardwalk, with music, mostly friendly folks, and lots of spectacular shops and galleries. 💜💙💜
And at nighttime the entire place is lighted by with rainbow illumination. Highly recommend...
