Lions Lighthouse — Attraction in Long Beach

I often go Pokémon Go hunting out here, but it’s a lot of fun out here, there’s a lot of friendly people, and the views are absolutely astonishing out here! Parking is a little tight and a bit expensive but it is completely negated by how amazing the scenery, you can watch the boats come in, gaze at the ocean or observe the Queen Mary in its majestic beauty. It is a perfect location for a quiet date with a love one, an adventure with your pets, a picnic with your family, a place to think, relax, or even be inspired. There’s also a shop close by so you can grab a bite to eat or grab a drink. It’s pretty beautiful out here day or night but I highly recommend at least going here at least once...

This is an historic lighthouse. You will find photos of the Long Beach area posted on the exterior of this structure. Gorgeous area (park) with views in every direction. The lighthouse shots atop a hill that overlooks the famous Queen Mary, the Marina, Shoreline Village and the Long Beach Skyline.

The park itself is exceptionally picturesque, green grass and gorgeous trees, winding boardwalk, beautiful blue water, many specialty restaurants, candy store, souvenir shops, boutiques, gift shops, Aquatic Park, street vendors, The Pike Mall, and much, much more...

Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon after brunch in downtown Long Beach🤙 Wanted to get my steps in and explore around the waterfront area so passed by the Convention center, the Pike Outlets and Shoreline Village to get here👍

Easy walk, great to get some fresh air, people watch and views of the ocean and the Queen Mary too. Lots of people enjoying the boardwalk, restaurants and aquarium on the way to the lighthouse. Nice paved walkways and great areas for picnics or just kicking back and enjoying the views.
