This is at Shoreline Village in Long Beach. I am a frequent flyer here, as some of you will know if you read my posts, which I have a bunch of from Shoreline Village because there's so many places here! This is your typical arcade with a very small Carousel in the middle of it. I wouldn’t be making this review if he had just apologized or tried harder to make things right but alas that was not the case. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all just based on the terrible customer service coming directly from the manager. Very...
