I called this place to get information. How can I come and dump some trash and I asked if I could bring a card once you pull with your hand to dump some trash and they told me yes and once I got here they told me no because I just need a card to go in there and I think that’s not right give you one certain information when you call and then another information once you get here it should not really matter how you come and bring your trash because towards the end you’re paying you’re not getting it for free and they didn’t let me dump it and now I have to walk back home with my trash yes because they gave me false information anywhere else they’ll let you dump your trash however you take it doesn’t...

I've been coming here for 15 years and it's always something. The weigh in customer service is the worst they are rude and speak very disrespectfully don't weigh your items properly. Jose the one in charge of weighing non ferrous metals always underpays by mislabeling your metal because he's too lazy to separate it even though that's their job. Just a scam all around if you go here double check your receipts and if possible weigh before coming. They over charge on their trash and underpay in metal. When you ask for a price they rudely say that's not there job.

76 dollars for 600 lbs of trash and the cashier says if you dont like it its cause you dont have money go somewhere else.

They progressively charge you more and more every time you go back with the same amount of dirt and I don’t know how the weight of the empthy vehicle changes so much every time and the deposit increases every time you go. Definitely something fishy going on there. Oh and the promo applies to 1 vehicle 1 time. And they advertise 600lbs free. And you have to tell the clerk about the promo before you pay or you’re screwed. 3000 lbs for $200 I don’t think it’s resonable. low boy service for pick up and delivery $400...
