It really is sad that being the closest Starbucks store to my house it is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Not only is the service horrible but they seem to never have anything. I usually go to one close to my place of work in Culver City and it is a different world due to change of schedule I decided to give this location another try. I mobile order and apparently they have no hazelnut, I compromised and substitute for a iced caramel macchiato they gave me milk and caramel I went back they apologize and made me a new drink but this time they gave me milk and coffee with no caramel I let them know once again and for the fourth time they just grab a new cup filled it extremely bad with caramel and gave me that I was so frustrated I just wanted my morning coffee I end up being late to a meeting. The next day I decide to walk in and no one seems to acknowledge you like the one in Culver City I know most baristas by name and they know me but here no one seems to care to get to know you, I place my order a white hot chocolate with nonfat milk instead I get a white mocha with espresso I did not want that the lady argued about how that was what I order then another employee who was attending the drive thru explain the difference and fixed my drink the following night I decided to go through drive thru and they take my order at 11:05 pm they said that unfair they threw out the green tea and can’t make my drink I asked don’t you guys closed until midnight and after that it was all attitude bottom line I didn’t get the drink I wanted and a whole lot of attitude this place is absurd they seriously need some training on proper customer service and on their drink knowledge also whoever is in charge of ordering supplies should be fired this place never...

Some worker walked up to the door and demanded me go through the drive thru to pick up my drinks because their store was closed so I went to drive thru, there the employee with GREEN HAIR AND PIERCINGS told me that she wasn’t going to give me my order because i didn’t have a car. Mind you I went 30mins walking with my 2 babies in the stroller, I told her to give my order to the car in the drive thru I told her he was my friend, and he told her that he can get the order for me and the employee with green hair and piercing said NO, she almost close the window in my face. I told her I was going to ask somebody in the line to pick up the order for me and she said she wasn’t going to give nobody my order. There is also a female staff whom need to be trained in "people friendly" conduct skills. I inquired about the meat. The male rep said to hold. A female voice engaged inIt wasnt what she said , yet it was the tone and attitude she exampled that made my visit unpleasant. Often time the employee/staff are not apart of the owner's family. The staff is someone hired on "TRUST" . THE OWNER IS SAYING I WILL TRUST THE EMPLOYEE TO PROFESSIONALLY REPRESENT THE BUSINESS... THIS MEAN DO NOT DISGRACE THE FACE OF THE BUSINESS.
