It's okay pretty much summarizes this place. The poke bowl is no where near how or what poke bowls are served at a poke bowl restaurant where you can make your own, plus the poke bowls at this place is expensive for a few pieces of fish and cold rice that's clumped together because it probably came out of a package that was then reheated. I don't recommend getting a poke bowl here and you should just find something else overpriced at the airport, perhaps a burrito or sandwich.

Eating sushi in an airport seems like a risky choice, yet my only complaint was the price. Which, considering the combo of sushi and airport food, is to be expected. Service was professional and courteous. Offered suggestions. Food was prepared quickly. Fresh and tasty ingredients. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and an Alaskan roll. Alaskan roll pictured.

Their plastic spoon tasted like dish washer, the staff changed it right away without additional explanations, and no surprise on her face neither which seems like it’s normal. I am highly doubting they are reusing the plastic spoons. Worst experience ever. For sure won’t be back again...

The WORST onigiri (triangular rice cakes) I've had in my life. I did not purchase it with high expectations, being in the airport. Even so, as a fan of Japanese food (or just food in general), I was VERY disappointed that my lunch ended up being cold, hard, bland, unpalatable rice (I don't think it was even sushi rice), with a VERY minimal amount of mentaiko (the roe filling it was meant to came with). Not to mention the service I had was very very slow considering they had 2 chefs and 1 ?manager, and only 1 customer before me.

Disappointed is an understatement. If I didn't have a flight to be catching I would be asking for...

No signage to tell you that you can choose any seat. Until you approach a staff member do they tell you that. Furthermore, no one told me I could not share a table with someone. I asked the person at the table, and the person kindly agreed to let me share the table, however a staff told me off in a condescending manner that I could not share the table and I had to wait my turn. After finally getting a table, I had to wait around 4 minutes just to get a menu. Everyone is just doing their own job and no one cares....

Got the Volcano Poke bowl and miso soup. The Jalapeno on the volcano tastes like jalapeno, that's all, the rest (salmon, tuna, edamame, rice...) all taste the same as a cardboard. Everything is clumped hard, you need some chopsticks force to pry the pieces apart. The entire body of rice was one huge single piece, and good luck breaking it into smaller chunks.

Miso soup looks like miso soup, but tates like boiled green onions...and that's what i got.

Won't eat it again if was given...
