I couldn't be any happier with the great customer service agents they have at this office location. All are very helpful when needed and are willing to help with any concerns. I've had state farm for the last couple of years thanks to Carlos Rodriguez. Whenever I have an issue with payment, or questions regarding my policy he seeks different options he can assist me with versus other companies/agents they do not provide you with ANY options. Carlos goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is getting the best rates, as well as provides the best advice related to my policy. I've known Mr. Kim since I was a little kid (hence Mr. Kim) but Thomas Lim has been my point of contact since I was old enough to have my own accounts. I've been through 3 car accidents, 6 cars, 5 apartments, 2 homes and 3 life insurance accounts with him and he's been the best advisor, council and friend I could want from an insurance agent.
