Hub Los Angeles Coliseum — Attraction in Los Angeles

I’m constantly woken up due to noise, and management refuses to take real action. The quality of materials used in the apartment is disappointing—most appliances are cheaply made. I specifically chose a unit with a hot tub, yet it takes over five hours to warm up.

When I moved in, the property had multiple damages. My room, for example, has flooring missing. They also didn’t allow me to see my unit before move-in, which, in hindsight, feels extremely shady.

The Hub is a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Considering the price—almost double what some people pay at Gateway—this is one of the biggest rip-offs. After speaking with others in the building, it’s clear that many feel the same way. What’s even crazier is how they manage to manipulate their online image to lure people into renting. It’s almost embarrassing that we fell for this company’s false promises.

Wendy Cole was an amazing leasing associate. She went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my lease and unit. She explained everything very well and was patient in providing information on all aspects of the lease and apartment. Wendy is seriously the best! I am looking for an apartment for my daughter. We wanted something newly built and a place that would feel more like home. I came across The Hub LA Coliseum Apartments. As soon as I arrived I was greeted professionally with a smile by every staff member I encountered. The tour was pleasant and Sierra was able to answer my many questions question about the location and community. The amenities and spacious layouts truly impressed me. The location is a convenient access to everything LA has to offer. I was particularly drawn to the community activities and gym.
