A very unhappy customer !! Have been loyal to Louis Vuitton as a luxury brand for past 30 years. I have purchased handbags, accessories and luggage from LV boutiques in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Las Vegas and most recently in California at The Beverly Center. It was at this store that I had a terrible experience. I drove all the way from Temecula to purchase a belt and the only store that had the right size was the Beverly Center boutique. It was Dec 26th and this was to be a Christams gift. I was at South Coast Plaza LV at the time and was told I had to pay for the belt over the phone and drive to Beverly Center to pick it up. I arrived just before closing time (approx 7:15-7:30 pm)and did not have the chance to really look at the belt as it was already packed in the box. After my friend wore the belt once, he immediately noticed the scartch on the buckle and let me know. He was so disappointed as was I. On Jan. 21st, 2018, I called South Coast Plaza LV to see if I could exchange the belt and they said yes but advised me to go back to The Beverly Center. I called customer service for the Beverly Center, explained the issue and was told, I was within the time frame to exchange the belt. On Jan. 25th, 2018 when I could take the time off work, I once again drove all the way there only to be treated very rudely by the manager , Rebecca Evans. She did not want to hear anything I had to say and insisted that the only recourse was for me to pay $120 for the buckle. I was shocked that a manager would treat customers this way in a luxury boutique. She basically turned me away without even trying to see how I could be helped. I never had the opportunity to examine the buckle before I left the store and it could have been one that was on display etc. Shouldn't the benefit of doubt be given to the customers ? I now have a very bad impression of LV . DO NOT SHOP at Louis Vuitton at The Beverly Center as you will probably receive better treatment and service at Walmart. I sincerely hope LV Supervisors look into this as Rebecca Evans caused you to lose two...

Let me start by saying the first lady who greeted me at the Louis Vuitton Beverly Center was lovely â respectful, polite, and clearly embarrassed by what happened next.
I came in to ask about a simple repair on one of my Louis Vuitton bags. Nothing major â just some loose stitching and a zipper that occasionally sticks. When the repair âspecialistâ finally showed up (late, by the way), she looked at my bag for two seconds and, with a smug and dismissive attitude, said: âThe canvas is cracked. Weâll need to replace the entire back panel.â
No actual inspection, no discussion â just a dramatic, expensive solution thrown at me as if I had no clue what I was looking at. To make it worse, they quoted $360 just to replace the zipper â and I have two. Thatâs already $720, and for the back panel they couldnât even give me a price. Apparently, that would take six to eight weeks, and theyâd let me know later.
Itâs completely absurd. Normal wear is being treated like major structural damage just to push full replacements. I expected luxury service, not a cheap upsell tactic wrapped in arrogance.
And just when I thought it couldnât get more ridiculous, they told me: âYou could also take it to a shoe repair shop.â Wait â what? Louis Vuitton is sending customers to a cobbler to fix luxury bags? Youâve got to be kidding me.
I told them I didnât agree with how they treat people, and they just looked away. No apology, no care â nothing.
This isnât luxury. This is lazy, overpriced, and insulting. Beverly Center Louis Vuitton, do better â or stop pretending you...
Read moreI was very disappointed in this LV given the location it's in, customer service can and needs to improve. I walked in because I wanted to hot stamp my wallet and handbag, the employee "helping" me was VERY adamant that she didn't think it was a good idea for me to hot stamp my handbag because SHE has OCD and if it came out crooked there was nothing they could do to fix it so she went out of her way to make sure my purse did not get hot stamped despite what I (the customer) wanted. Also, my wallet stayed in this location for 6 days SIX DAYS, and it was never hot stamped because the employee that was supposed to do it hadn't been to work. Even though they mentioned it would only take 24-48 hours, 144 hours later it was still not done and there was NEVER a courtesy call or nothing and guess what? Someone else had to do my wallet anyway. Needless to say the hot stamp STILL came out crooked so now I'm stuck with an $800 wallet that has crooked initials anyway. Based on my personal experience I will definitely not recommend...
