Great place to take a mortgage out on a few grams of pot. Even better place to then be treated poorly by a staff member and ignored on a phone call later. I recommend filming the experience and posting it online for cringe comedy. In all seriousness, this is the most expensive dispensary I've visited. My fancy likes the place because it's LA and it's a bougie place with an admittedly cool gimmick door, but if you value your pockets I recommend quite literally any other establishment. If I were you, I'd wanna at least be treated well when getting ripped off, but alas, I did not receive such treatment. I will admit, they were very friendly and helpful with my fancy, but as soon as she left the room it was clear they wanted me out the door. I'd recommend this place to rich older people who may be out of touch with weed and may want someone to pick for them with the disappointingly limited selection they have, or as an emergency pot shop for the laziest of pre-roll purchasers. Avoid this store at all costs and get yourself an ounce at Catalyst for the same price that MOTA sells a quarter ounce. That's not a joke. I’m honestly not really sure how I feel about my experience here but I know that it didn’t make me feel good… at first I thought this place was cool because they have a secret door which was a really cool feature but then when I come inside, I could just tell that the energy was off for some reason…. I brushed it off because I thought maybe it was me but after standing there for a few minutes waiting to be helped….I was completely overlooked, and the girl standing directly behind me, was asked to step up to the counter next... I was confused because I had already been there a couple minutes before she had even walked in … and then she just starts getting help as if I wasn’t just standing there….. it was a little offputting, especially since the vibe was already kind of weird…. 5 stars because even tho they’re a small operation, they focus on quality over quantity or brand loyalty.

So usually I’m in there just buying flower or prerolls (their in-house stuff) because it’s really good stuff. But lately I’ve been having bouts of insomnia and, after years of thinking it was snake oil, decided to give CBD a shot.

Not only did they have an extensive amount of product (vapes, edibles, tinctures, topicals, tablets) but also a large variety of dosage and ratios of CBD to THC. The dude who helped me out was super helpful in walking me through everything. I ended up getting a CBD vape cartridge and some cbd gummies but will definitely be back to try more product.

This is a great low key spot to grab premium products, especially if you’re new to cannabis products.
