UPDATE: NO EXCELLENT; EGREGIOUS My experience with Pacific Sales Woodland Hills has been egregious at best. On December 5, 2024, I paid $996.45 for three shower fixtures. I took one item home that day and was told the remaining two would arrive within two weeks. That never happened.
Neither Simon or anyone else, ever contacted me about my order. I had to chase them down repeatedly, only to be lied to, ignored, and strung along for over SEVEN months. Every inquiry was met with vague excuses and no action. Over seven months later, I still have not received the two remaining items—AND THE COMPANY REFUSES TO ISSUE A REFUND.
When I filed a fraud claim with my bank back in April, 2025, the Pacific Sales management team responded with false statements, claiming I failed to pick up the items. This is an outright lie. At no time was I ever contacted and informed the items had arrived and were ready for pickup. In fact, as of July 28, 2025, NO ONE from Pacific Sales has contacted me regarding the items purchased or the issuance of a full refund.
Let me be clear: this company has taken my money, failed to deliver the goods, fabricated a cover story, and refuses to take responsibility. THIS IS NOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE—IT’S FRAUDULENT BUSINESS CONDUCT AND CRIMINAL THEFT.
Pacific Sales has shown total disregard for integrity, accountability, or even basic professionalism. Knowingly refusing to refund payment for undelivered goods, constitutes criminal theft and represents a serious violation of consumer rights and ethical business conduct.

Read moreI have been going to Pacific Sales to handle a large home project as we began our research last December, 2020. The sales staff especially Al were very attentive and helpful. We had made a plan to return after we knew our building requirements. We spoke to various managers as they moved around a bit over the last 9 months. I want to recognize Frank as being considerate and concerned with our large order and some internal charges/credits, etc. I would also be remiss if I did not include Gail W in this review. Gail has been amazingly patient, understanding and very helpful in teaching me and showing me what items I need to complete our many areas in terms of plumbing/accessories. Gail and I have worked both in person and online and she always is accomodating to alter orders as we have gone a long in the building process. She is incredibly knowledgeable in plumbing mechanisms and even in the style and details. She has been a joy to work with, and I will be working with her shortly on my large hardware order.
The person that has made my live easier on the clerical/paperwork side has been Trevor H. He has spent countless hours working on our large order, organizing the many various order #s, laying out the credits/charges, and has been detailed on the remaining amounts owed. Recently I went back to the store to get all my orders ready for eventual shipping, he created a spreadsheet for us to review and confirm. Trevor is an exceptional employee and I am so grateful he has been available to us in the store since the beginning of this ordering process. I couldn't furnish the items needed to rebuild my home without the help of the above mentioned employees. Even through some tough times with Covid, they all have worked tirelessly on our behalf. Read morePlease go somewhere else to buy your appliances. The salesmen here are slick, and you buy the stuff. Then the delivery company has to come twice to install your washing machine, because Pacific Sales didn't tell you that you needed a part, and the delivery truck "just used their last one". So you can waste TWO Saturdays waiting for the delivery. Then when your dishwasher breaks (under warranty), they outsource to Geek Squad, whose scheduling department will not make an appointment after 4 pm... so then you wait til Saturday, so they can see the problem, so they order you the part, then you have to make another Saturday appointment, but the scheduler in Kentucky says there is none available, so then you end up more weeks without a working dishwasher. And when you phone Pacific Sales for some help navigating this crap, you get the run around and they tell YOU about all the people that YOU need to phone to get it fixed. Here is the saving grace: the individual technician from Geek Squad gave us his card so that we could make an appointment with him when the part came, (without going through Pacific Sales repair HQ in Kentucky), and he totally followed through.
