Worst experience at any regal theater ever couldn’t cop me for $1.50 yeah I didn’t have it. All I had was my gift card for a free movie voucher and a snack pack management was completely rude. Terrible employees all of them completely rude. Wanted to upgrade my snack pack drink from a junior to a small with my regal points that I’ve acquired overtime but , you can’t upgrade your junior drink. Either every time I was asking a question, it was given a response with a blunt. No, there were two employees, one employee and the other one manager, and they are basically the same person. It was like a cold hearted robot that I was talking to after I had asked to talk to the manager and he said sorry there’s nothing we can do about that for $1.50 after I had changed the movie that I wanted to see because I couldn’t afford the 250 to see the reclining seating one I said OK so I should just go home? He said yup Gut wrenching experience met with zero empathy zero customer service and zero customer value as I’ve been a single-handed regal customer for over a year now I’ve gone to the movies almost every week and honestly, I can say that the company Regal does not value who they hire does not value a lively environment Sometimes where customer support has been OK but this has been the absolute worst experience and I could entirely never going to regal theater ever again even though I have this gift card but genuinely do not want to go. the most important thing about a business is customer service and this business here has absolutely none I’ve never met any business that would say no helping with $1.50 in regards to having a full voucher gift card that says any movie for free I get it that maybe they couldn’t do it but honestly in regards to customer service this is a bug that they should fix in regards to Groupon. It was also a gift and on top of that being completely rude is unacceptable for...

I was so excited to visit this Regal Theater because of THE quotes ad. As someone with Regal Unlimited, I have seen that ad too many times and YES even though it is cringy, I couldn’t help but think about how many times I quote the quotes ad to my friends whenever I mention Regal Unlimited (which truly does pay itself off within two trips).
Anyways, I was excited to venture out here because this was thee Regal where the quotes ad was shot. We went here for a 9am screening of Thunderbolts* (fantastic movie) and the place was a little less busy due to how early in the day it was, but I was still excited to visit nonetheless. I loved seeing it from the parking lot, on the walk up, to finally being inside the building.
The building is also extremely gorgeous - it’s a very modern theater with very futuristic looking lights and accents that make this place feel very slick. Kind of like Tron Legacy but as a movie theater. One thing I’ve never seen of all the Regals I’ve been to before is that this one has a hot food window which I thought was really convenient for those that get hot food. I don’t know where I’m going with this sentence
Lastly, our movie was in room 4 which seemed like the smallest one when reserving the movie tickets but it still felt huge! Again with modern design, the walls already are black so the room gets completely dark when the lights are out. The chairs are REALLY spacious recliners which, admittedly, I did fall asleep 🤭 (Not because of the movie, but because the room was nicely air conditioned and I just couldn’t help but fall asleep since I was so cozy) Didn’t get to see a 4DX movie but having been to one before, I assume it’s also as spacious and grand.
Overall, I loved this Regal. Home of an iconic Regal ad, very nicely designed, and the staff was nice! Would recommend...
Read moreIt was a really nice experience seeing the opening of Napoleon here. It was also my first time visiting this Regal Theater.
Free, easy parking, ticket reservations online, very clean, and (get this!) fully motorized reclining seats.
The 2 drinks and a medium popcorn were $25 (nothing new there), but the popcorn was hot (and made with real butter!), and the drinks were icy cold.
Never, never see a movie in 4DX. It is a back-breaking experience. The chairs move, you get spritzed with tap water, and you are shocked by the smells. I'll be in traction for the better part of the fall.
The theater was clean. Look at the picture. It was nice, new, and clean.
It was not smelly, greasy with a sticky floor, and gum stuck to the seats. No, sir.
It was like a home theater and only seated 50, where the same size joint would've had twice that many chairs in the 70s. The Regal chain has set a nice, new standard for enjoying yourself. I like it.
The sound was amazing. The cannons went off by surprise, and I nearly jumped out of my seat. I could hear Napoleon slobber all over Josephine, too. Wow. Yuck.
I have just seen "Argylle"at the Regal North Hollywood. I went with my cousin to see the matinee before work because it is far cheaper at lunchtime.
The movie was fabulous, and the sound was breathtaking. Strangely, we were the only ones there, which, in a way, was good fortune. Matinee movies are the same price as seniors, and they don't seem to mind if you bring in something healthy from 'Starbucks' downstairs. Nice, clean, not crowded, and nicely air conditioned.
The Regal is not some fabulous, red carpet world-premiere place to be seen. It is just a nice neighborhood movie theater that charges low prices and respects its clientele.
Really nice place. Three thumbs up.
