They could hear my friend and I talking back and forth (they were hearing us as they were right there on top of us, which was fine) but when hearing us question something back and forth and clearly neither having the answer, and you are right there less than a foot away and you don't at least ask if we have a question or need some help seems counter productive to say the least. So when going and clearly addressing them at this point myself, I felt the eye roles and seeming frustration pulsating from them to me and it made me feel like I was wrong and a bother -and I went there and shopped. They aren't moderately priced either, they are extremely pricey even for what the product is in my estimation. But it's convenient, and they are usually knowledgeable without the negative transference. They were still knowledgeable but not without correcting me specifically before answering a simple question on the use of the word "setting" versus apparently the appropriate word "sealer". This upset my friend and grew more irritating to me in the moments after I left there and decompressed from it. That's the sum of parts of this experience, this time, there at that location. *I feel badly when leaving a negative review of a place every one of the very few times I have been brought to do so. SO I MUST NOTE I DO NOT AT ALL DO SO EASILY! I FEEL COMPELLED IN ALL MY REVIEWS TO BE HONEST, YET AT THE WORST OF EXPERIENCES, I STILL PUT THE MOST INTO POSITIVELY WORKING THE MOMENT AS BEST AS I CAN. So if I post a negative leaning or completely negative seeming review PLEASE KNOW THAT I DO SO WITH TROUBLED THOUGHTS AND TRY MY HARDEST FOR THE POSITIVE WORKING OF THINGS UNTIL I CANT ANY MORE. In every post or review, after all is said and done, I can say I did my best, was honest yet understanding, and that is the way I felt about my experience at place...AND POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE I STAND BY EVERY REVIEW AS A SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE...

I asked if she could help or if someone else was on the floor to assist me she gave me an attitude, I purchased what I needed and went on my way I came back later that day because the hair color didn't come out as expected she was still there but luckily there was someone else on the floor to help me . Sally is Sallys, I feel they provide adequate service, you go to Elegante Beauty Supply on Grand and they really give you the finger there.
