Bare with my review it is long but please read if you are considering this nail salon because I’m describing my latest experience thoroughly and why I have chosen the rating that I did. I have been to this nail salon about 3-4 times. I have only had one experience where I didn’t feel 90% uncomfortable because of the energy there and specifically one of the employees that has gotten assigned to me at least 3 times to do single nail fixes. I went to get a nail fix during what I’m assuming was a slow hour because there were a few of the employees sitting in the spa chairs and I asked if they could fix it. They hesitated I’m assuming to figure out who was going to service me. They let me know where to sit and when I sat down they commenced to talking and laughing and (please believe me when I say that I take this very seriously so I don’t and seldom just accuse anyone of doing this), but I truly thought I heard the employee that instructed me where to sit, say the N-word after I sat down and was waiting for the employee that was going to help me. That disturbed me very much but I wasn’t completely sure if I misheard so ignored it but I’m pretty sure she did but like I said I don’t throw accusations like that out really ever so I may be doubting what I know that I honestly heard…Then the employee that was to service me came out and was rude and passive aggressive as the previous two times that she has serviced me (aggressively squeezing and twisting my hand (I was in the military so I know when someone is being excessively aggressive), just letting it drop on the gel curing light machine when she was done with a coat.) today I felt too uncomfortable and bothered by her treating me that way so I asked her not to be rude in which, I honestly admit that she lightened up on being as physically aggressive but she was still rude in how she treated me and didn’t even address me when she was done but I still thanked and tipped her because the world needs more kindness and she clearly was projecting something. The quality of work is better than most nail salons but the energy from some of the workers will never be worth me going back. Wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all for African-American women. 0/4 stars if I could. So...

Absolute worst service experience ever. Across all industries. So bad that I think it was intentional, because I asked the nail tech to change drill bits. Her bit was not only painful but was creating so much heat I could feel it burning underneath my nail on the nail bed.

Then she wanted to use the drill bit to remove all my dip polish. My last nail tech, who was a pro and industry vet, did not use a metal bit to remove the last of the polish. And in the rare case she did, she was very gentle. This woman definitely damaged and dug into the body of the nail. Then she didn't ask what length or shape I wanted, but cut them very short into a blunted oval, that was unlike the shape I walked in with. THEN she shaped the nails unevenly, so they all lean to the right. I asked her to even out the edges and she had no idea what I was talking about, because she just made them shorter... She was about to put gel top coat on, but I asked her to even out the edges first, because they were still rough af. She barely filed them, so I asked for the buffer and did it myself... I didn't ask her to assume what I wanted. I asked as clearly as I could for smoother edges, even length and even shape.

Piece de resistance: Only applied one coat of gel clear coat. Whatever. I just wanted to get out of there. But once I got home, I realized that on one hand the clear coat wasn't even covering the whole nail. She had missed giant chunks on 4/5 nails.

I don't know why this place has so many 5 star reviews. I traveled for work and have had many bad nail jobs in many different cities and states. Also some great ones. I'm not unreasonable. I can live two weeks with a bad nail job. But this was...

Well some of employees were so rude. I’ve got couple of times service so far. But last time when i get there i just wanted to change my toe nails only. this place always made me wait even i made reservations so i walked at that time. Some lady pointed one employee and told me she(sorry i dont remember name) will helps you but at my turn, they asked me again what am gonna do and i said toe nail only. I guess they thought i will do finger nails and toe nails but it wasn’t. And it might be different with what they thought, they suddenly made me in wait again. Employee who supposed to in charge me called another customer who came after me and started service. I had to wait 10min more without any mention. Finally when i get someone who will do my toe, she had un attitude. Even she and me both were not good at english. She kept asking me with bad attitude so i had to tell her couple of times for color i want. It was totally disaster. For this poor service i had paid 40 and gave her tip 5dollars but while she getting tip she had an attitude. I dont know her name but she wearing glasses and had long nails. I just want to go out immediately that horrible place so i did not check my toe. When after i get home and check, she did not file my toe so it was cut and pointed my skin and it was uneven and had bump. I had to cut and re-shape my toe. I do not...
