Sally Beauty — Attraction in Los Angeles

Weird experience today. Been shopping here for my hair needs, my wife’s needs etc over the past years of my family and I living in the area. Usually really solid customer service. Not today. Came in real quick after work before heading out of town for the weekend and this young lady, teenager probably, was just a little rude. Assumed I didn’t have a profile/ my phone number linked to their store. She did apologize for assuming but still. I found it very odd. Clearly profiled me in some category. Could have been the work uniform, scruff on my face, I don’t know why. This being my neighborhood store I’m obviously going to come here more often than the West 3rd street location but I hope to get help from her...

I have had really mixed experiences there. The staff frequently will ignore you. I have asked for items and assistance and when they are busy they will ignore you. If you appear to not spend over 50 dollars they will ignore you. Stock; the stock isn't always available and the staff isn't sure when it will be replenished.

If you are looking for black hair care items, what you see is what they have. It is my local store and I have shopped there for over 5 years. A few of the staff member are accessible and polite...I just wish it was all of the staff, not...

This is my favorite beauty supply store and I'll tell you why. The customer service is incredibly uncomfortable. This entire store is always changing so things are never where you last left them from a previous visit. And more importantly everything is overpriced. They are ourselves that very from time to time, but overall everything is extremely high-priced for no reason. Parking is scarce and tight. There really is no restrooms available...
