Pricing I first visited The Green Salon a couple of years ago for a basic trim. Back then, it was about $20, which included a hair wash but not a blow-dry. The stylist actually ended up blow-drying my hair anyway at no extra cost, and the cut was exactly what I asked for — neat and clean, nothing major style-wise. When I recently called to book another cut, I was told the most basic haircut is now $35. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but I was expecting closer to $25 based on my last visit. I decided not to go through with it that day since I hadn’t budgeted for both the cut and a tip.

Salon Atmosphere The salon itself is small and tidy, with a few chairs for waiting. The décor isn’t glamorous but has a simple, cute feel. It’s not the type of place where I felt extra pampered or “wow” vibes, but it’s clean and straightforward for a quick haircut.

Parking & Accessibility The location is a bit tricky. There’s a very small parking lot that’s hard to maneuver, and during my most recent visit, it was locked. I ended up parking on the street (on a hill) and walking about a block. The entrance also has steps, so it’s not the most accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

I've only been to this place twice for a hair cut and style and that's only because I've never been able to find the time to go there and I'm now living further away across town. The Green Salon is AMAZING and both times I've went, I've always had Jose cut my hair. The first time I went, he cut and styled it and recommended I part it the other way as it complimented my facial structure more. I left the place feeling and looking like a million bucks. I recently went again to get a quick haircut when I was doing errands on that side of town and Jose was so accommodating despite the place being super busy that evening and with me being a walk-in. And the manager and owner, Andreas, is so very sweet and friendly. I adore them both!!!! Personel rude and un efficient. I made appointment to get a simple hair style and whe I got there the lady that was there was asking so many questions like if I was about to see the president, and still made me wait a while and when finally he the hairstyler came and rudely asked what I wanted so I showed a pic. Of my choice which had a simple braid in it and immediately he said I don't do braids. He seemed agreasive so I decided togo some where else.
